Avoid like the plague
These people are very bad news. They suggest you pay them €170 for a service which Deutsche Post offer for €32 for a full year. Not sure what the best adjective to use for this is. I leave it to you to decide. Do not touch with a barge pole. They are not Deutsche Post!!!! Because then Deutsche Post send you a letter saying their part of the service will cost €31,90.
They say they offer customer support 7 days a week but I wrote back within minutes of realising that the start date was wrong and smelling a rat and still they have not replied to me on this to address this wrong start date issue, instead demanding money before fixing any problems.
In the first automated confirmation letter I got back from them they included a template for if I wanted to regret my decision and not go ahead. I filled this out within minutes of clicking on send and got a reply back a few days later saying I wasn't allowed to do this. Why would you mislead customers like this, allowing them to believe they could step back and then telling them, 'no'. If this isn't terrible customer service then I don't know what is.
