Our experience with Nabi London has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise caution, especially if you do not live in the UK.
We purchased a ring in one of their London stores which broke almost immediately after purchase. The problem was reported within days and acknowledged by the company. The product quality was clearly poor.
We were later confirmed in writing that the ring would be repaired free of charge once it was brought back to the store. As we live abroad, this could only be done during a later visit to London.
When we eventually returned with the ring, more than a year later, the store refused to repair it, claiming that we had come “too late”, although no deadline or time limit had ever been communicated. Importantly, the ring had not been used since the defect was reported, which was confirmed by their own employee during inspection.
Instead of repairing a faulty product, we were offered only a discount on purchasing a new ring.
In practice, Nabi London accepts only in-store returns within 14 days and refuses postal returns. This means that for international customers there is effectively no meaningful product warranty or aftercare.
For tourists and non-UK residents, this policy is particularly risky. Based on our experience, I would not recommend buying jewellery from this company.

Avoid! Haven't received any update 2 weeks after ordering from their online store. Sent 3 emails and have had 0 reply. Considering contacting my bank to try get my money back
The quickness of delivery and the beautiful item.
As others have said extremely poor quality jewellery and equally as poor customer service, a stone fell out of one of the hoops after wearing them for the second time, their response was I can either send them back and pay for them to be repaired or purchase another pair with a 20% discount!! (which I already had from the order) so either way you will have to spend more money, even though they are at fault for selling defective jewellery, absolutely ridiculous wish I'd have read the reviews.

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. They are quick to take your money but when there is an issue you don’t hear back from them. I ordered a necklace and bracelet. The bracelet was damaged when I opened the packaging. Not even worn. Took it out of the packaging and is broken. I’ve sent them photos and videos. I have tried to contact them through every avenue and they do not respond. I am still waiting to hear back. I am not very happy at all. £60 down the drain.
UPDATE 24/12/25
NABI have still not resolved my issue. They have emailed me asking me to return the faulty bracelet at my cost of postage. I am not willing to return the faulty item at my cost at the risk they will not respond once they receive it back as I emailed them on the 11/12/25 and they still have not replied. They are not going to reply once they have the bracelet back and then I won’t get my money back. They must think I am an idiot. This is horrendous customer service. Do not purchase from here. They cannot be trusted.
