I miss talking to a real human. Nabers has a fine product offering, however, I was very disappointed during the set up process to discover that the rep who sold me on the Nabers experience via the phone would no longer be my point of contact. Now all communication is via email/chat. Does Nabers respond? Yes, but I would really enjoy picking up the phone and having a simple live conversation when I have a question.

I had never done this process (participant loan) before. I was helped, very patiently (as always), through the application. I thought I would be working on getting this loan for a couple of days. I was through, and completed the wire transfer in about an hour. Thank you, Nabers!

The process of obtaining my Solo 401K was a breeze with these guys. Process was simple and informative.
What sets them apart is their 24/7 customer support with real people that actually know what they are talking about. It almost feels like the founders are the ones in the trenches answering questions daily.
Their community is very strong due to this. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
Everyone I had contact with at Nabors was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions.

It's important to know I was looking at a competitors program, for comparison my accountant recommended I look at the Nabor's Group. When I compared the differences in services I did not see any. I went back to the competing firm and they had no answer for the fee difference. I am not talking about a few dollars but hundreds of dollars. It would have a big difference over time. Thank you Nabors Group!
Nabers is NOT shy on great customer service. I have been totally thrilled with the responsiveness of this organization. I receive helpful information on a consistent basis. Truly a helpful friendly company.

Overall the experience with the Nabers Group is excellent. While situations differ from one client to another, it would be nice if they offered some online tutorials that stepped through fundamentals of setup restrictions and maintenance. Maybe they do have them, but in my busyness I've overlooked them. They do have a Facebook presence that is actively engaged and very helpful.
