I recently set up a solo 401k and IRA with Nabers, and so far their customer service has been amazing! They have tons of resources available to help make the best decisions for tax savings, a great community to ask questions, and weekly online videos covering all the necessary topics. Communication good- Execution needs work
Marketing and support are good. Online webpage messaging is excellent. However improvement opportunities exist with slow “ white glove” services. A 3 to 5 day set up for Gemini account was advertised. Misplacing customers sign up data then asking for client to resubmit days later is not a good reason to take 2 weeks. Consern on delay leads to consern on solo401k regulatory compliance risk.

Our crypto partner (Gemini) was backlogged over the Thanksgiving weekend (when you applied) and unfortunately, we don't control how quickly they can push applications through compliance review. However, we are in touch with their team daily to ensure your crypto trading account is opened as soon as possible. I wanted to rollover my pension into self directed retirement account. I heard Nabers was a good company to do it through. I did my research on them and a couple of others. Their service seem to fit what I wanted to do the best. The service was quick and easy at a good price. I am fully satisfied so far. Excellent service
