Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I had an outstanding balance of €60.73 and tried to transfer money to my N26 account about two weeks ago to pay it. The transfer did not go through and the money was returned to me.

Now N26 is threatening to close the account and send the €60.73 to a debt collection agency.

So let me get this straight: you do not allow the money to reach the account, you return the payment, and then you threaten the customer with debt collection because the balance remains unpaid.

I do not even use this account anymore and I have no interest in keeping it. I am perfectly willing to pay what is owed. I simply asked them to provide bank details, an invoice, or any normal way to pay the balance from another bank account.

Instead, I receive threats about debt collection.

For such a ridiculous and frustrating situation, one star is already far too generous. If it were possible to give -100 stars, I would.

Everything works. The app is slick and quick, recent customer support was fast and pertinent, no boilerplate bullshit.

I remember I had a lengthy problem when my email address changed, but that was a long time ago

Easy to work with, very good App

I have been using N26 for nearly 7 years, it is still my favourite online bank with the best customer support. They keep my money safe. They have a range of features that are useful for everyone and a very easy platform and app to navigate. I have recommended them to many of the people I meet. It is also a useful card for international travel.

Really good, I wish the pockets weren't a payment feature, but in general is great!!

Excellent bank with extraordinary service! I’ve had a really positive experience with N26. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always willing to provide support whenever needed. Their customer service is professional, helpful, and reassuring.

Easy to use and safe

I recently opened my account, but so far I'm satisfied with the speed, accuracy, and professionalism. The app is easy to use.

Everything you worry about with an online only Bank.
No support even with "premium" (SMART Konto) features. No Hotline as advertised, just automated message telling you to use the chat(bot).
Refusal to take any accountability, will not give out any non copy paste reply and does not even call you back after you specifically requested a callback.

Don't even bother to contact me now after the fact.

Another failure of the new no effort fintech.

Edit: was contacted by the company after leaving this review, faster than they ever would using support features.
Surely they asked for more Information to understand what went wrong, not just attempt to make this go away. Right?

N26 presents the best mobile App of any banks I’ve used so far. Simplistic and effective interface. For online banking, they’re the best

It's really great to use N26because it is always working, and you have insurance when something online is not shipped. It's a very good, stable service that has never disappointed me.

The best bank by far that I have had the pleasure to be a customer. Everything is so easy to understand ,how things work and they are very quick and helpful if you should have a problem.

Easy to use, no fees, english app

Use for paying on other valuta than ISK because of better exchange rates than by the Icelandic banks and also I decide when to transfer ISK to EUROS.

Really happy with N26. The card looks great and SEPA payments go through in no time. Solid app, no issues so far. 5 stars!
