Its a fake. bad experience because app is not worked i did not receive my parcel i tried many times and other person take my parcel its not fair ! who is responsible !

Could be more clear with directions/addresses/address numbers, otherwise very smooth.

Excellent, it was easy, fast and clear

So awful. Didn't work with PostNord app. I called, waited fifteen minutes, and they told me to use the Nærbox app. I asked if they could hold on while I tried. They said I should call back. Literally ten seconds later I'm in the app and it doesn't work. I call again, and I've now been waiting 30 minutes outside the Nærbox in the cold. Never again.

Impossible to find at Kaktus towers in copenhagen.

It’s awful !
My package stays there for days , tracking says its ready to collect but nothing shows in the app. All of the listed contacts are useless since they transfer you to the delivery companies and you cant really connect to nærboks customer service to help you fix the problem. I don’t recommend anybody to use their services

Great when it works. Not a great track record though. For the second time I have spent about an hour trying to retrieve my package (2 this time actually). Long waits to speak to or chat with someone and then they can only ask the package is moved to a post house. So I suppose in a couple days I try to pick them up again.
The problem this time was it said my packages were not registered to my phone or email but I received notifications on both that the packages were ready for pickup.

Spent less than 20 seconds total including first install and registering app.

Utter garbage. Didn't open so have to try again later. spent 20 minutes trying to get their crappy app to work with another couple experiencing exactly the same problem. In the end we both gave up. Also many of them are covered in graffitti and damaged, due to people trying to break in to them. because they are placed in utterly dumb locations.
