I visited their online shop and discovered that it would cost me, after the 'discount', £95 per month to feed my 7kg Maltichon. My food bill as a fully-grown human is not much more than that. Flabbergasted to say the least...

Cost per month for two 20kg dogs!
Was quite excited when I see this food for my two dogs and couldn’t wait to try it…… until I realised at 20kg each dog, it would cost me over £600 per month as I would need 20 packs each dog a month! Couldn’t stop laughing - ridiculous!

My Enzo’s gastritis issues solved
Love it! My Enzo had gastritis and we thought that he could only eat special prescription food which I know is not a great option.
Then we found zenoo. No hanging back anymore when food is in her bowl he is straight in there. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it to see his coat shine and more importantly his digestion is perfect. Delivery is great. Additionally, it's raw, yet incredibly convenient.

dog likes it
My dog likes the food but 3 stars due to bad support. On their website, they advertise that for the first order the following extras are included for free: raw feeding guide, a measuring cup and zeolite supplements. I received none of this and it was my first order. I e-mailed their support on 25th January (today is 6th February) and had no answer so far. 4 e-mails sent to them in total. Maybe you need to hire more people to answer your e-mails?
UPDATE: issue was solved, support sent me the missing items :)

After a couple of years
After a couple of years, I discovered raw feeding, and I started preparing food for my dog myself. However, it's terribly inconvenient to carry around raw meat when going out. Zenoo is definitely a good option, so I don't have to worry about balancing and defrosting.
Game-changing investment for my poodle!
My toy poodle has a very sensitive stomach, like many in his breed... We struggled with his digestive issues until I found this brand. Since switching, his diarrhea problems have vanished. Even though it's pricier, investing in quality food for my dog's health is truly worth it in the long run!

I've been a customer of Zenoo for just over a year. After a lot of hesitation in buying dog food online, I decided to give it a try. Zenoo was first on my list.
I tried making raw dog food at home. But preparation at home has one downside - it takes a chunk of your time. It was tough to manage the preparation of meals constantly, therefore ordering a package online seemed like a good alternative.
I'm glad I've started my experience from Zenoo. Their product quality is spectacular, client experience is always top-notch, timesaving is huge, and the most important thing - Frodo never stops wagging his tail after a meal!
What I order is always in stock and I've never had any problems with the food or the orders. There was one occasion when something went wrong, and they put things right with excellent customer service - thank you for that!
All in all, my dog and I are delighted customers!

This is the experience from 2021 & 2022
After the introduction of freeze dried Zenoo food, our dog started to defecate frequently (5-6 times a day) and his weight dropped rapidly. Zenoo replied that this happened because they finally managed to include bones in the recipe, so the dog can defecate more often during acclimatization. However, the original, frozen recipe never had these problems, even though there were bones in the food. We were huge fans of ZENOO, but that quickly changed.
ZENOO, with its poor and reckless communication and complete unwillingness to delve deeper into the situation or at least try to find a solution, forced me to cancel my subscription. I accepted the last shipment and decided to give them another chance - maybe I'm wrong? Unfortunately not. Not only that the bowel movements did not become less frequent, but the dog also started vomiting: in the morning, during the day, sometimes even in the middle of the night. When a dog's only source of energy is its RAW food, it can immediately be concluded that the quality of this food has changed significantly in a negative direction. After switching to another RAW food manufacturer, the frequent bowel movements and vomiting immediately disappeared. Now we hope that our dog will regain the lost weight and energy levels very soon.
Maybe not every pet will have this problem, but we do not recommend ZENOO. I recommend potential customers to do their homework well and look into alternatives, if problems do arise and your pet starts to get sick - there are RAW alternatives in Lithuania and the rest of EU. And more than one.
And I would like ZENOO representatives to do a more serious analysis in their production processes and dig deeper into the concerns of their customers in the future.

I went through the subscription process via the website. It told me I was signing up for a 4 weekly subscription. I subscribed to my dog eating only Zenoo food for the next 28 days and was offered 30% off for the first month. I was surprised to receive only one 325g bag of food. Enough for 4 days only. plus no scoop included.
I contacted customer service.
I was charged £13 for 4 days of food. I cancelled my subscription and cannot recommend the company on account of misleading information on their website.

Yorkies feeling better than ever
I was looking for raw dog food for a while now and stumbled upon Zenoo. Gave it a try and after transitioning to the new food my two Yorkies are feeling better than ever! I can give it as a treat too, which I couldn't do with kibble. :)

Great food. Not cheap but that's what you have to pay for a good quality. My dogs love it! They became more lively and seems happier. The service is great. I received a prompt reply to my inquiry about the food and all conditions. Definitely recommend it!

My dog really enjoyed the food, it’s a shame then that the customer service really lets the humans down.
Zenoo are completely obtuse and unapologetic about issues on their website - offers with no terms & conditions displayed; live chat that doesn't offer any support and then says 'back tomorrow' on a Friday when the team don't work at the weekends; incorrect prices due to conversion from a base currency which then make no sense in the shopping bag; set 4-weekly repeat subscriptions that if you reorder and set up a new subscription you get all the intro offers advertised again (which don't work, but you don't know that because there are no terms shown) - it's all quite bizarre.
Not sure that as a customer, I should have to put in so much effort to buy dog food, no matter how good it might be.
Any business that does not value the customer experience should not get your business.
Zenoo will certainly not be getting any more of mine.

Their reply says Discounts are typically capped at 5 bags yet this is not mentioned anywhere at the point of sale.
My order was accepted. Confirmation was sent to me and my money was taken immediately.
I chose a full refund and to close my account AFTER I was abruptly given the option to either accept 12 bags for the price paid or a full refund.
My decision was not just based on cost but more on the unprofessionalism and rude manner in which Marina responded to me.
Since looking at all the negative reviews about “non delivery”, I definitely made the right choice.
Sort your Website out Zenoo and get your staff into Customer Service Training ASAP.
May I suggest that if you cap your discount on 1st orders to 5 x 300g bags (I seriously doubt that is enough to feed a Chihuahua for 28 days!) then make that clear before accepting people’s money and confirming orders made in good faith.
I await my refund and hope nobody else is duped by your unscrupulous marketing techniques!
