Hayley provided concierge service for a VIP group in Mallorca, coordinating multiple (and frequently changing) transfer requests, as well as pulling some excellent rabbits out of the hat with super last-minute requests for yachts and exclusive restaurant reservations at the very busiest of times. Hayley was easy to work with, made great recommendations and ensured that all clients had a memorable stay in a destination that was new to them. Thank you.
