My watch was responsive from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s a little nerve wracking to spend money on a watch that you haven’t seen but they helped to put my mind at ease. My watch was delivered on time and in perfect as described condition.

Overall, the experience was great. I ordered the watch on a Friday and it was delivered to the nearest FedEx store the following Wednesday. I chose to purchase the watch via payment plans through Affirm, which held up the sale. While they do list Affirm as a payment option on their website, they do not state how long it takes for the payment to go through, which left me wondering how long it would take to receive the watch. Also, Affirm did make me put down a considerable amount up front, so beware that you probably will not be able to finance the entire amount (which should also be described on their website). However, the watch was delivered as described with all the boxes and papers. It's my first Rolex, so I can't confirm as to the authenticity of the watch and items, but it looked like a reputable site with many great reviews. So, I'm putting my trust in their product. Although, the guarantee/warranty card had a sticker with a date typed on it, so I'm not sure if that's the standard Rolex AD way to annotate the date of sale. Again, great experience but they could do better in addressing the drawback of their payment options.

I recently bought a grand seiko from MyWatch. They put it in the mail that night and I picked it up from Fedex less than 16 hours later half way across the country. Watch is beautiful and in the mint condition they promised.
