How can this Scammer get 2 Stars, when every reviewer gave them 1 Star???
Add me to the victims who didn't check the reviews before sending them money. If you read the reviews, you never would have "donated" your money to them. Everything that was posted is true. Once they received your money, all they could to give excuses to make you think that they care abut you. BS!

It is a scammer! Nice words but no guests. You Will loste your money so skip mr James Anderson! First he answers very quick but now he does not react at all

I don't even want to give a rating. There people are scammers. They will not sell you time share. Don't trust them. You will lose your money. I am working on someone in the state of Florida to retrieving ally funds back

I would give zero rating if possible. Company is a scam. It’s been over 2 yrs now since they took my money and my timeshare still have not been rented. They told me it would take 90 days.

This company is a scam. They take your money, pretend to advertise it, and never get client to rent it. You lose all your money. They blame Covid for 3 years of no rentals. Report them to the BBB, Attorney General's Office, FTC, or sue in small claims court.

I echo every negative review I just read!!! It's been 10 months - I have been told the same thing "offers are coming on Friday, check your email, we have a convention coming up, turn around time is 60-90 days guaranteed..." I got scammed out of $1400. Stupid me!

They do not do as they say. They take your money and do not rent out your property. They will not refund your money, just continue to say they will get you your money through rentals. They have had my money for over a year. Shame on me for being scammed.

This company is SCAM!

Similar to what others have posted, they will offer to front a rental of our Interval International vacation. They claimed they processed everything, but the truth is, they will make you do the work coordinate the date/time, and they pretend to send you a rental offer that never works. They will claim that they are being flooded with vacation rental demand, in my case in FL due to a big conference. They only sent me 1 offer since I signed a contract in April.

What the other have stated is true. It's a scam. $1,596 for promise of one week rental and after 6 months, no results.

They are scammers and liars! You will NOT get paid out. As usual the offers will not be available. Take my advice and DO NOT GIVE THEM your money. I called and the same woman recites the same thing. There is no refund. You will loose. Do not trust these scammers!

They are liars!! I was offered to get paid in 60 to 90 days and it's been over 6 months and nothing. They have sent 2 offers and they haven't gone through. They told me it was guaranteed because they had a lot of offers after the pandemic. I call every week and the same woman answers the phone and repeats the same thing every week. Some needs to do something to close this company and stop scamming people.

We signed with them in July 2021 the person we spoke to guaranteed an offer within 3 months and will see a return on what we paid them plus more, but being guaranteed an offer on our rental does not mean we will RECEIVE payments because each offer we have received has “not gone through “ and with their sincere apology they just put us back on their list and the cycle continues. VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY has our money and God knows how many other people money whether or not they rent out your property. I am mad at myself for not reviewing this company right after I sign up because I found a lot of reviews with the same issues. Another lie we were told was that we could cancel and get a refund if we don’t receive payment from them of course that was not the case. I hope someone finds my review and it’s not too late please DO NOT TRUST VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY, do not give them your money!!!
