Very disappointed that an offer mentioned on the site wasn’t applied at checkout. I’ve ordered many times before and never had this problem before. Customer service were very unhelpful with the matter when it was reported.

Bad comms
I bought some iron gummies as most options for iron tablets taste awful. My order was cancelled and returned to them and a refund was processed without any explanation. I wasn't given the opportunity to have another set sent to me, just a long and slow process of a refund for some random reason.
You can't easily contact them by email and they are so slow and vague when they respond via instagram.
