Plastic wrapping was removed from game box and there is line of knife in box. Most baddest service again, this has happened so many times. There is note in box that do not remove plastic wrapping, your employees cannot read English?

Issues remain unresolved. Sending parcels even after indicating they should hold for consolidation. Charging storage fee even when following up on missing items. Cost price on invoice higher than what customer paid for-even after raising up issue nothing changes.

I used the currency converter on the MyUS website, and I used an external one. I was charged +-$20 more than what it said I’m paying when I requested to ship.
Experience overall was good, smooth operations and quick ship out time. But being charged more than it says isnt pleasant and seems dishonest.

I was waiting 2 weeks for returning my package to seller, after a lot of my requests. And another my package was returned to wrong address without my permissions!!!

Fast package handling and delivery. The photoes used to check the package should be more complete in terms of content. It seemed like a piece was missing.

Finally, for the first time, the process went without hiccups. I was a little surprised that myUS handled the VAT and customs procedure for Germany. In earlier shipments that was handled by DHL. I still need to check whether the amount of VAT was correct. Otherwise good experience.

Unfortunately I was too early with that 4* review.
A day later I got a second invoice for the same shipment. They claimed it was for German VAT that they paid because of a "system error". BUT they had already charged for that in the original invoice AND the second amount they charged as VAT was easily twice the legal rate.
I don't know if this is incompetence or an attempt to defraud us. Nothing else comes to mind.
I cannot recommend to work with them.

BEWARE of this scam company. They bought the things which they cant ship and return the items to merchant and charged my credit card without my consent. Its already 15 days merchant have received package but no refund. They wont even reply my inquires. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They are SCAM. RETURN MY FU*CKING MONEY, YOU THIEVES

They are thieves, they robbed me. Stay away if you don't want your money stolen.
They gave me a free trial for my account and i tried to ship a product to them and then to me. They said they can't ship to my address so i closed my account and they still charged me the membership fee even after i stopped my membership. Then they charged me more for storing my product there too long which they said they will not be shipping.
1. I didn't receive my product
2. I got charged a monthly fee after cancelling my membership
3. I got charged for storing a product for too long
Now, i had to freeze my card to avoid more charging. My advice is for you to stay away.

MyUs is a hit and miss sometimes. Sometimes they can be a great service to use and at times it can be very scary for us people to depend on them. I have been using MyUs since 2018 had one issue that they couldn't resolve due to me not insuring my package so I had to take that loss. Since that problem everything was fine, SO I THOUGHT. Until my recent problem, where I purchased something it was delivered the 2 of the month and it never was uploaded to my suite so that I can upload my invoice. So that made me reach out to them, waited 2 weeks to hear back, all for them to say that they don't know what happen to my package, however they credited the full amount of my package to my account which means I got to ship things for free. But thing is I need for them to really think, what makes them think that we as customers are having our packages stolen by the people that work at their establishment, are going to even trust using their shipping services again. Like I said it's a hit and miss, and unfortunately due to my recent problems with them I have decided to close my account.
