Canceling membership

After subscribing I faced some delivery issues because my country was not included in the service covered area, So after I contacted with the support team, They apologized for me about my bad experience and helped me cancel the membership, They even promised to refund.

I need Refund

Last september 2 2025, my card was deducted 203 dirhams and 6 dirhams of your website i just click one link on facebook. I did not avail any membership to your website. I need refund i contacy my bank then they told me i need to reach out this website. I hoping you refund my money. Thank you for escalation team for guiding me.
