An unreliable service.
The communications when I was being encouraged to engage MYUKpost.com was excellent, especially the personal service from Nick Davenport, the owner.
Once I’d paid the initial charge and the monthly payments were being taken, however, it was radio silence.
The address I was given was not accepted by the Royal Mail redirection service so I wanted some advice.
No amount of calls or emails elicited a response.
I cancelled the redirection and tried again but the address that I was given my MYUKpost.com would not be accepted so I had to go with the address that Royal Mail had on file.
Eventually I got my answer that the address was sufficient, not from MYUKpost who continued to ignore my requests for advice but eventually a very poor quality scan arrived that was so badly aligned that is was unsuitable for forwarding to organisations if I’d needed to.
The reviews on their website specifically mentioned the quality of the communications with the company.
I don’t know who posted them but if my experience is anything to go by it would not have been by their customers.
Three months later I’d had just three scans including over Christmas and my birthday.
This either means that for the first time in my life I’d had no Christmas or birthday cards or my mail wasn’t being forwarded to me.
Furthermore, having written to the company to confirm that I would not be renewing the service I got a speedy reply.
Suddenly good communications as not a problem.
They confirmed that my service with them would be terminated at the end of January but I continue to get emails complaining that they could not take my payments.
By now my trust in the organisation was zero so I took the precaution of getting my bank to stop payments in advance, which is just as well because clearly, although I’d had a message saying that the service had been terminated they would have continued to take the money.
Clearly, communications between people at company is as unforthcoming as their commutations with their customers.
When it comes to getting their money MYUKpost.com are reliable communicators.
When it comes to answering questions from their customers, or even delivering the service you pay for, reliable is not the word I would use.
In my personal experience not only was the customer service non-existent and my instructions to terminate the service ignored, I will never know what happened to my mail in the intervening three months.

Been using this company for the last three years while we travel Europe and beyond. Great staff very attentive, Mail uploaded for review same day as received , always willing to prioritise you in a crisis, like losing your credit card and having replacements couriered next day.
All in all I would recommend this company to anybody who is travelling for a safe and reliable mail forwarding service
