Dependable and Available
My experience with Trust Medical has been great. I needed a doctor’s note for my job when my PCP was not available, Trust Medical was able to evaluate me. They have doctor’s available to provide care and services when needed. The screening process is very easy, it does not take very long, it is also affordable, and you receive your doctor’s note same day through your email. I love and appreciate this service, and would highly recommend.

IMPROVEMENT IDEA
Honestly the whole process was easy and fast, the documentation looks realistic. I would say the only thing i feel like needs improvement is asking for location for a hospital.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I tested positive for the flu and couldn’t afford to go to the after hours clinic for a doctors note. When o was still running a fever the next day I had asked for them to revise my note and they were very kind and accommodating, while also communicating with me in a very timely manner. If you’re sick and not able to get to a doctor or can’t afford to, I highly recommend getting your doctors note from them!
