I had a WONDERFUL experience in dealing with Trust Medical. I was in a bit of a bind when I was ill and had to miss time from work, and Trust Medical was there for me during that time. I had to miss 5 days of work and was unable to see my doctor due to them being fully booked. I didn’t know what to do, so I scoured the internet to try to see if I could get a doctors note for work, low and behold, I landed on Trust Medical, and they provided me with such quick, seamless, and high quality results that it was really amazing. I 100% recommend Trust Medical! I even had a slight issue and their customer support was extremely responsive, kind, and willing to help.

Quick note for minor illness after listing symptoms .
It’s hard to get a doctors appt quickly . The only option is urgent care which is expensive .
My job requires a doctors note for absences .
After listing symptoms , the doctor approved my absence and I got a note quickly .
I would definitely recommend .
