DO NOT TAP ON THE AD FOR [MyTrueIQ}. Junk site. Scammers. Thieves.

Scrolling through Facebook one day and an ad for mytrueiq.com pops up. I was curious about my IQ so I clicked on it. I took the IQ test. Following the test, I added my email address to receive the results. To my knowledge, I never agreed, nor subscribed, to the services offered. However, a fee of $26.99 was deducted from one of my accounts. Upon noticing this charge, I promptly contacted MyTrueIQ support, via email. I have received multiple responses stating my refund request is being reviewed by the team. It has been more than a week since this occurred. As of the last 2 business days, I have been ghosted, hung out to dry, left in the day, literally just screwed out of my $26.99! Not that it matters to anyone but me, I am on a fixed income, as I am disabled, and I explained this to the support agent. I have received no apology. Correspondence has simply ceased on MyTrueIQ’s end. BE CAREFUL WHAT ADS YOU CLICK!!!! SCAMMERS ARE EVERYWHERE. My situation has only worsened, since the unauthorized transaction by MyTrueIQ. This caused 2 other transactions to put me in overdraft in my account. Until this occurred, I did not know overdraft was even an option on my account. Each of those 2 transaction also came with a $27 overdraft fee. I pleaded with support to no avail. This is a junk site. They are nothing but thieves. Blatant, corrupt criminals seeking to scam the innocent ones tap into their trap. Don’t do it. There are plenty of FREE sites and apps to test your IQ. I wanted to give zero stars, but that was not an option.
