Pushy Service that didnt help

Avishek was nice at first and was trying to get me into my account. He then started getting extremely pushy about me leaving him a review. It took forever for him to get me into my account, and in the middle he said he “expects a good review”. Then, afterwards he said the number sent to me would work to login so I said thank you and hung up to go do that. Two minutes later he called me back! and asked why I hadn’t done his review yet—and the number he gave me didnt even log me in.

Don't get scammed!!

This company pretended to be American Airlines and charged me $100 more than my ticket change should have cost. They never disclosed that they were a travel agency or that I did not have to pay their $100 fee to change my ticket. I am disputing this fraud with my credit card company. Don't be fooled!!!

I had a great experience Alaska Airline phone rep

I had a great experience with an Alaska Airlines representative named Avishek. He was efficient, patient, and very thorough in helping me reconcile my recent trips and identify my missing frequent flyer points.
He handled multiple programs, ticket numbers, and bookings with ease making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.

Rajat was amazing! He listened attentively to my issue. Even when explaining to me that the phone I was calling wasn't the right venue to resolve the problem; he went the extra mile and helped me finding the way to resolve the issue online. He could just do what another reps do - give me the phone number I should call and wash their hands. Instead I told him that phone number haven't helped me before and asked him if he could helped me somehow. He did. It's a rare treasure to have an employee like him. I've worked with people before and it's not easy what he's doing. Instead treating me like another number that complains to him, he found the right path. I usually didn't fill reviews but I'm doing this one more than glad hopping that you know and realize what a good asset he is for your business

I mistakenly believed I was speaking…

I mistakenly believed I was speaking with American Airlines. I later realized I was connected to My Trips Time. They charged me an exorbitant amount to correct a misspelled name.

The phone number was listed as American Airlines.
