Flight cancelled
Its the 3rd time that i book with them and they cancelled the floght a few days before the floght without asking , saying its a technical problem, and when i talk with the airline they say that the 3rd person has asked for a refund for which is my trip , be aware and never book with them
Helplines are useless refund didnt happen
If things had gone well it would have been ok. The booking and info isnt bad but if you have a flight cancellation or delay especially with a link up flight things go downhill rapidly. You are supposed to contact them before making alternative plans but they dont answer. After about an hr there was a check to see if i was still holding but another hr later still no answer. The service is totally useless if youre in a hurry. The next day..after sorting myself out..i phoned again and left the live chat on for a couple of hours again before i did get an answer only to be transferred elswhere and had to wait again. Eventually spoke to someone who took all the details and said that i would be refunded for the missed flight due (link up flight)
No communication or refund was ever recieved. And once again helplines are useless. I wont be using this again.
Mytrip Withholding Authorized $162.99 Refund
I am extremely disappointed with Mytrip’s refusal to process a refund that has already been authorized by the airline. My flight to Naples (May 12-17) was cancelled, and Wizz Air officially confirmed that the funds are ready for conversion since March 22nd.
Despite this, Mytrip is withholding my $162.99. When contacted, they gave me excuses about "technical errors" and tried to deflect responsibility by telling me to contact the airline myself. As the Merchant of Record, they are legally responsible for returning my money. This is a blatant attempt to exhaust the customer. I have already filed a formal complaint with Skyscanner and initiated a chargeback with my bank.

We booked a flight with a layover, the flight times changed and there is no chance to transfer to the next flight. It is with same airline, even the airline firm gave a notice that it is impossible. Mytrip initially send me an email for a full refund of the trip and I accepted three weeks ago, since then no action is taken, spoken with live chat 4 times in 10 days and they are knowingly just directing me to their next agent in the same conversation for several times and kept me in loop of 90 minutes. I requested a full charge back from my credit card, I will take further action to make a full complaint against them. Never ever will book from this company. They are a huge liar about self transfer guarantee policy that they promise as well. Worse ticket ever I’ve bought I wish I would pay extra 300 dollars just to not buy from them. I booked a ticket Which got cancelled and only got refund on one destination out of four, after contacting them 11 Times and for rest of the flights I need to contact the airline by myself and if I get the money theyll take 5 percent for ”taxes”. If your flight is 100 percent not geting cancelled you may want to buy here because its cheap but if you want to ensure a peace of mind dont buy it here and do yourself a favor

I am trying to get information about my refund (booking TXKJ5P), but it is impossible to contact MyTrip.
Turkish Airlines has confirmed that the refund has already been processed and sent to MyTrip. However, MyTrip does not provide any way to check the status or contact customer support.
I have tried multiple channels but received no actual assistance.
I would like to know whether MyTrip has received the refund and when it will be transferred to me.
This situation is very frustrating and I expect a clear response.

Please don’t use this - they scammed me out of £1000.
They told me to not speak to the airline, to go through them and they’d get me a refund no problem. They only spoke to me when I’d call them. Then they’d tell me I’d get a refund no problem. After over a month they’d changed their minds and told me I wouldn’t get a refund.
I had a flight booked with Saudia. Before my flight I wanted to cancel it. I contacted strip and Saudia. I got through to mytrip first. Their customer service told me I should go through mytrip because I booked through them so I stopped contacting Saudia. The ya edited me that I’d get a full refund with no charges because Saudia had a made a change to my ticket. I was told because of the Middle East situation I was not hearing anything but that my issue would be sorted.
Over the next month, there wa a no communication from mytrip, even after th ceasefire. It was a £955 ticket. There’s no excuse for them to go a months Richmond communication. I couldn’t see my refund status on the website either, so anytime I wanted answers I had to call them and wait an hour in the helpline.
I did this three times over the course of a month. Each time I was assured I’d get a refund no problem and that it was taking time because of the conflict. Since they gave me no other information, I had their staff send me emails on the spot so I had something in writing that they were working on my case.
After over a month of me chasing them, they only started communicating after I told them I’d have no choice but to leave bad reviews. Then they come at me and after assuring me for a month that I’ll get a refund no problem, they decide that somehow despite the airline changing my ticket and their constant assurance, I was somehow never eligible for a refund and that they will do nothing for me.
Don’t buy from these liars. They don’t know what customer service or ethical business practices are.

I confused them with Trip.com when ordering a flight ticket and had terrible trouble attempting to sort a flight as they computer generated the wrong details for my travel documents.
They then attempted to claim €79 from my bank card but thankfully Revolut blocked it

Will never use them again. It’s been almost 2 months since my flight was cancelled, and the refund is still being processed. Had to call them again just to find out that my return flight refund wasn’t even sent for processing as a cancelled flight yet. They sold me a non-existent ticket and refuse to refund me Avis : I bought a flight ticket on the same day of departure. The e-ticket they gave me was completely invalid — the airline could not find any booking at the check-in desk. Because of this I missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket for almost 500€ on the spot. They only refunded me 15€ for a seat issue. I never received the remaining 360€. When I opened a chargeback, MyTrip told me they won the case and keep sending me the exact same copy-paste email telling me to contact my bank. They sold me a fake ticket, left me stranded at the airport, and are now keeping my money. Completely dishonest company. Stay away
