We used you to collect & drop us off at Malaga airport…. Both drivers were on time & called to advise where they were but oh boy the pushiness from them both….telling us traffic was bad on the lower road & for an extra 30euros we could go on the toll road & get there quicker….we had already checked the status of the roads & didn’t seem to be any problems. The outward driver still took us on the toll road but said he wouldn’t charge. Is this normal practice or a scam for the driver to earn more? Mmmm…..

Not the best service
When we arrived there was a new gate system in place which was delaying passengers getting through the airport. Our flight landed ten minutes early but I did not realise this meant our driver would leave ten minutes early as well. My diver messaged me to ask where we were and I said we would only be a few more minutes. My partner is registered disabled and it takes him longer to walk places. We got to the meeting point exactly one hour after the flight landed (although I thought I still had ten minutes). The driver had already gone. I tried messaging him and calling him but he ignored his phone. I called the help line who said if he had waited he would have been late for his next pick up but that could not have been true as he got to leave at least ten minutes earlier than scheduled anyway. I was told to get a taxi and claim back.
MyTransfers backed the driver- who also tried to say we got the times wrong because of the time difference (there is no time difference between Portugal and the UK) and I was left out of pocket. There is nothing that states if your plane lands early you are on the same time constraint. It does say you have an hour, although our driver must have been counting the seconds down. We fell foul of a new entry system and a driver that had no patience- even for a disabled passenger.
Fortunately the driver for the return was very nice and punctual.

Unfortunately, due to operational scheduling and subsequent bookings, we are unable to guarantee any additional waiting time beyond this period, and in that case, must be arranged directly with the assigned driver.

I found the ordering of the transfer fairly easy with options. I chose the premium service as it is a special occasion for a long weekend in Porto.

Very bad service
Very bad service, the driver count the 1 hour from arrival time which is un realistic !! Plus that the immigration process has been extended with the scan and all matters. Although we have been late only 5 mins and he already left us without even apologized
