I went to MyToolkit because I saw Youtube videos from them explaining in a very pedagogic way about compressed air hoses and fittings.
I contacted the technical support (Jill) to help me understand which hose I should select to match with my compressor, and was impressed by the rapidity and quality of the support, even asking for pictures for confirming the answer.
I felt guilty that I eventually ordered the hose from another seller because I also needed individual fittings that MyToolkit does not offer, and it was making more sense to have everything from the same place (I regret it now as it turned the connector was poorly manufactured and leaking).
The least I could do was to share my experience, and say that I keep MyToolkit on top of my list for future needs.

My experience was made great because of Jill. I phoned originally with a general question about Gauge and Series she told me what she knew, which was a great help, but then asked I leave it with her and she will get me a more definite answer. ordered stainless steel staples. The branded product was exactly as expected - no surprise.

Order process simple and received the following day with a note to thank us for our custom and contact name and number in case of any problems with the order (a nice touch). They did exactly what was required of them so couldn't fault them even if I wanted to.

Had a look around for 35-40mm stainless 18g brads. Most places jumped from 30 to 50mm, didn't have stock, or wanted me to buy 5,000. Mytoolkit had the sizes I wanted in stock, in a sensible quantity and a good price. Bonus points for a speedy delivery and well packaged (looking at you Ethan!). It was a small order but I wouldn't hesitate to order again

Pity about the box containing the staples being badly ripped , this damage could not have been sustained during transit as the outer box and packing was in pristine condition. This can only lead to the conclusion that whoever packed the order must have noticed that the box was "badly" damaged "who gives a damn send it anyway". This resulted in some of the staples falling to the floor and breaking into several pieces .Pretty annoying considering these are not cheap staples , would have sent them back if not urgently needed.
