Over three months to get 2 tires delivered & fit! After loads of emails & phone calls to there chat bot that doesn't even know when it asks you for a yes answer & you do say yes! Never did get past the start of this bot, didn't know there own order number ect ect ect I CANNOT BAD MOUTH THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!! I have had tires from the net before & all of them were grate

Do not buy tires from MyTire.com!!!!!! They are not a legimitate company. I bought 4 tires. One tire blew out the side wall after several months of use. I submitted a ticket for a refund, waiting 4 months now, and no response.

STAY AWAY! And I mean far away. 15 days in to my order and I have received 2 of the 4 tires ordered. Neither shipping label was to me and 1 tire isn’t even the right size/brand. Absolute zero customer service. It’s been days since the last returned email. Spend the extra money and buy somewhere else. I’m just lucky to have paid with PayPal, I’ll let them fight the battle with this company for a refund. These people suck

They took over a week to "ship" the tires.
They were shipped to the wrong address
also.Dont want to smear anyones business,
but if you need your tires , you will be much better off to spend the extra couple dollars and buy them elsewhere. I will not be purchasing anything from mytire ever again.

Do not shop here they have the worst customer service I've experienced.i had bought 4 tires. Only 1 arrived. I sent them an email about the issue. They said they would send the remaining 3. Couple days later got 1 more tire. I went to go file another complaint about the rest of the tires I didn't have the chance to do so I seen an email stating they did not have rest of the tires. So they offered me a refund. I told them yes I would like a refund.it has been couple of days of no response. WORSE SERVICE EVER SAVE YOURSELF COUPLE OF DOLLARS JUST GOING TO KNOWN SITES.

I ordered 4 285/70/17 crossmax ATs from them not knowing any better. They took a few days to ship, one tire at first then the next 3, 4 days later. I have no idea why, but they all have the same date. I spent 160 less than walmart which was the next cheapest option. Overall, they took about 2 weeks to all arrive, but they look good and got here just fine.

I places an order on January 12,Did not shipped until Jan 20,Then Fedex kept telling me order had to be updated 4 times for delivery,Then on Febuary 4th i get a email that my money was refunded from mytire.com,What a waste of time never got the tires i order from them,Stay far away from this place horrible shopping experience.

Like others have reported, they held an order payment I made as a 'pre-authorization'. This tied up the funds for two weeks. They never sent any form of communication and eventually cancelled the order. Super shady company. I should have just paid the extra 5$ and went with a reputable company. My fault for not reading the reviews of this company prior to purchase.

As you can see by this review and most of the other reviews this company is very bad. Their prices look great but you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time. If I would have saw their bad reviews I would have never ordered. Glad I used Paypal cancelled order and received refund. Proceed at your own risk!

They need a zero. This is the most unsatisfactory experience i have ever had with an online company. They first said they would cancel my payment if I did not receive a shipped confirmation by the 19th. We'll, several days and emails later, nothing not even a response one way or the other. Just plain dishonorable.

I ordered two tires, but only received one. No communication from them until I emailed them several days later about the missing tire. Kate Middleton responded and said the other tire was damaged during shipping! I asked for a replacement since they had the best price. After going back and forth, I finally received the 2nd tire 3 weeks late. Now I will need to go back to the installer for the 2nd tire. Big waste of my time to save a few bucks- Not worth it.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with an American company online.
Order took weeks to arrive. 4 tires shipped from 4 different locations to 4 different people’s names over the course of two weeks. No tracking numbers. Two tires looked not very new.
First order only one tire arrived- I “created a ticket” to ask where the rest of the order was. Then they sent me a tracking number for the remainder of the order. Order delayed with FedEx because of an error with the label.

Funniest insanity- all four tires are addressed to different people at my address! Just sending to random names at my house.

Terrible communication. Their policy is no returns so I’m stuck with their terrible service.

Ordered and paid for a tire on Dec 8th, it "shipped" on Dec 9...has been sitting at Fedex supposedly since Dec 10th an hour away from me according to tracking? Keep getting runaround responses....Fedex keeps 'updating' the delivery date and then it never arrives. It is Dec 28th and I got a full refund by canceling payment. Screw this company, absolute scam artists and totally can't be trusted.

Do not order from this co. Ordered 4 tires. Received 1 about 4 days later. The other 3 got stuck in Calif according to Fedex. Couldn't call the shipper, and every email took several days to respond to or not at all. Fedex is still looking for the 3 tires 3 weeks later and Mytire told me the tires were damaged and returned and not available anymore, yet there we listed on their website. I asked for a full refund and a return shipping label, but all they offered was a 15% discount , I guess on the one tire. I finally got my pending Paypall payment refunded and ordered from Prioritytires.com, where I always get great 2 day delivery. I don't know how Mytire stays in business, or what their shady business practices are. Weird.

Very little communicatio take over 24 hrs for a response. Recd a update midsing tire would be delivered in 1 or 2 days its now been 6 days and no contact from seller

I was hesitant to order from Mytire.co as the .co can represent a Columbian domain. However, after some research, I discovered that the .co domain is also used as a generic domain for companies around the world. I only ordered 2 tires so that if things went poorly, I'd only lose half as much money. I placed my order on a Tuesday night and received a confirmation email on Wednesday morning. On Monday I received an email notice that my order had shipped on Saturday and began to track my order with FedEx. My tires arrived in great condition on Thursday. The only issue with my order was that a shipping label had been damaged during shipment and caused a one-day delay. Whether you count it as 7 business days or 9 days total, I'd consider that prompt delivery. I received a great product at a low price with fast delivery and will be ordering from Mytire again.

Ordered tires after 3 weeks I get an email saying the order was cancelled. No explanation, no offer of anything similar. Complete waste of time.

Do not buy tires from them. 15 days to get tires. They are based it California, which adds a minimum of 3 days. They attached a bad shipping address which caused an additional small delay with fed ex.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. Ordered tires delivery date was supposed to be within 4 days and on day 7 I emailed them and they had an excuse why it was taking longer. On day 14 they canceled the order. My husband went looking for tires elsewhere and the price came up for Mytire and they jacked their price up $20 a tire! After he looked and put them in his cart just to look at the price we keep getting emails “don’t miss out if this great deal” seriously shittiest company I’ve ever dealt with! Stay clear of these scammers.

I ordered tires from my tire.co because of very competitive pricing. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20 bucks per tire.

One week after I ordered the charge is still pending and nothing has shipped. There’s no customer service except for automated emails.

I have attempted to cancel the order with no response. My credit card company can’t block a pending transaction. So, I’m in a customer service nightmare with no tires. If a price is good, it’s probably too good to be true.

Avoid this company. It’s not worth the hassle.
