Went bust owing us money - no communication at all. Says a lot about all the "celebrity" investors....

This company suddenly stopped trading and how nobody is answering or replying to emails. I had been building it wallet for chrismas and apparently now they have just run off with it? Will be escalating this further as also cannot get any indication of wallet balance to know what I am owed. I have contacted through all social media as well, zero response, not even an apology.

Don't think they are still trading. No replies to emails. Cannot order any meals.

I cannot fault the meals My Supper Hero offers. Every single order placed with them was delicious (the burgers, superb. The cote de beuof, delicious. The Sunday roast, beautiful.) customer service up to this point, impeccable.. so much so, I even subscribed to a membership.
However this is where the service started to sour, I had not placed an order for some time as I felt the dishes were ideal for special occasions. So my wallet credit had built up a bit. I requested a refund, which I feel is not unreasonable. It was about a week for customer services to reply saying that was not an issue, but to be aware the process can take upto 2 weeks. I politely asked why in this digital age should a refund take so long. This email still remains un replied, along with any further communication asking for an update on my refund. 2 weeks have passed, and still no refund.
The food is delicious, the recent customer service has left a bitter taste.

Quality well prepared food. The recipe was easy to follow and everything was cooked to perfection.
Packaging protected the ingredients from the elements.

It was easy to construct and cooked well - would recommend!

Customer service (Luiz) quick and efficient. I had emailed a few days after ordering to check that the box wouldn't contain the receipt since this was being received as a gift. This was confirmed clearly and swiftly.

Ordered Truffle & Garlic Glazed Whole Roasted Celeriac (Roast Dinner Collection), Grilled Marinated Scallops with Truffle Ponzu and Seaweed Salad, Blackened Chilli Chipotle BBQ Salmon. It took about 1.5 hours to cook everything which is really not long considering how much there is. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers eating and the portion sizes were more than enough for everyone. Happy guests all round! Everyone's favourite was the cornbread with chipotle butter - absolutely delicious. And overall clearly the best meal we have ever had.

Amazing food! This was a gift for my brother and he loved it. Great quality and such a great idea to send brunch as a gift.
I was updated throughout and will definitely use Supper Hero again.

I ordered 2 separate kits for delivery on Sat and both had use by dates of the Sunday. The Salmon kit fell below the usual high quality I have come to expect. The corn bread was liquid and had escaped the container into the vac sealed bag. Once cooked it tasted poor in my opinion. More like a very sweet cake than bread. The kit was described as suitable for bbq or oven but only bbq instructions were given.
The other kit (flank steak with nduja mac and cheese) was lovely and up to the quality I expect.

My friend loved her deluxe brunch as a birthday present. She said the products were of the highest quality and she’s going to order the same thing for another friend. Thanks so much

Quality products and an excellent service.

We ordered the Roasted Côte de Boeuf with Truffle Mash and Peppercorn Jus, and it was absolutely fantastic—every bit as good as what you'd find in a top-tier restaurant. We had a couple of queries about the delivery and cooking instructions, and they were incredibly helpful when we called. Highly recommended!

Updated to 4 star from 1 as My Supper Hero got in touch and will send me a new order. Customer service (Luiz) dealt with this really well.

4 stars at the mo until I receive my new order and of all is well I would upgrade to 5.

My chicken pie arrived 2 days after dispatch. The ice packs were completely defrosted. The ingredients were room temperature and it was over 10 degrees outside all day and night (up to 14). It went straight in the bin as I would never take a chance on that. I’ve had my supper hero many times before ans it was wonderful, but this was just a disaster and a waste
Of money.

The chicken au merlot was so salty it was inedible, usually the food is delicious.

Unfortunately MySupperHero were let down again by their Courier but I cannot fault the fantastic customer service and the food was delicious as ever
