After I placed my suit order, communication with the company was smooth. Alex promptly returned my calls or responded to my emails. Finally, when I received the completed suit, the fabric quality was as I expected when I ordered it, and the tailoring was true to the measurements I submitted. Delivery of the suit was also on time. I have since ordered another one. Great job, guys!

My Suit Tailor has made me two suits now and both have been excellent! They fit well and are made of quality material. I look forward to continuing to do business with these professionals!

One suit came mostly correct. One suit was completely different than what I ordered. The suit fabric was completely different than what was ordered and looked exactly like another fabric that they had, but they tried to gaslight me into believing it was the fabric that I ordered. Completely different colors. They also tried to gaslight me into believing that they had lined the suit pants, which they definitely did not. One pair of trousers didn't come with buttons for suspenders/braces and also didn't come with cuffs. I could try to get reimbursed for the cost of getting these things fixed, but don't feel like being gaslighted again. I ordered classic fit, not skinny fit, and the trousers are almost skin tight. Not what I wanted. I do not like the look of skinny fit anything, and that is just my personal preference. If you like skin tight apparel, this is your place. Cannot recommend this company. After all the cost of getting these suits to match what I have ordered, I could have just bought a high end suit locally. It would have been a better value.

Don't order unless you want to be lied to.

I ordered a suit from My Suit Tailor for an up coming wedding. As with any suits I have custom made, I usually find it stressful not knowing if the suit will arrive as expected but Alex made sure to take good care of me and my suit.
The material appears to be quality and the craftsmanship and tailor details are a great touch.

Every thing was just as you’d expect and then better.
The suit is as promised but I believe the customer service is the best.

I wish I could give zero stars. The suit arrived rumpled and crammed into a small plastic bag. It did not fit. I took it to my tailor and he said the pants were not fixable because the fit was so far off. He said the jacket could be altered but the cost wouldn’t be worth it due to the low quality of materials.

Ordered a suit, using my own measurements. The videos on the site help you get them correct.
I received an email confirming the order and asking for a few pictures of myself to help them get it right.
I was then told that my suit would be more expensive due to my size... This is actually fair enough.
The suit itself took a bit longer to arrive than I'd expected, made a little worse by being given updates that didn't end up being accurate. However I probably should've ordered it earlier. However the suit itself did arrive in time for the function I needed to attend. Unfortunately the suit was packed in a bag rather than a box, meaning the suit was creased and required pressing at a dry cleaners.
Now for for the good stuff...

The suit is perfect. Really nice material, and from what I can tell, beautifully made, with lots of high quality detail... It really feels like a good quality, dare I say posh suit.

Finally the fit is exemplary... Perfect!
As I said I am a big bloke, and off the peg suits have always been a compromise for me... I had always thought of suits as being uncomfortable but this proves me wrong...
And all this for the cost of a cheap off the rack suit.
I would definitely order another.

It took a while to get the proper measurements but they came through with a great quality suit, extra pair of slacks and two shirts. The suit is so comfortable, I feel like keeping it on after I get home. I am looking forward to buying my second suit from them!

Excellent first experience with My Suit Tailor. The suit arrived safely and without any damage to the packaging. Fit was perfect and no alterations are needed. Communication with the company was also great. I am looking to buy my next suit from them shortly. Highly recommend!

the customer support was good and they tried to help, the first shirt was too large for me and they remade the shirt but I my opinion the second one was too large like the first one

This is my first experience with My Suit Tailor and I am so impressed with the quality of the suit as well as the quick turnaround time. Alex was in communication with me during all aspects of the sale and he really does personally look at every order. He made a suggestion on the size of the jacket which was spot on. I have never had a suit fit as well as this one does. Great suit and great first time ( but not last!) experience.

Initially I was hesitant to order a suit online, however took the chance and ordered.
I was impressed with the quality of material and communication with manufacturer, when issues arose.
I strongly recommend finding an experienced tailor to complete the detailed measurements required, prior to ordering.
Once this is done , am sure your garment will be constructed accurately.

Mr. Alex Kripani was very responsive and offered excellent suggestions on details for the garments I ordered. As a first-time customer he guided me to get the best fit. I suggest starting with a modest order, like a shirt and trousers, to get the sizing right. Pricing is very fair relative to the quality of the fabrics and workmanship.

My wedding suit pants did not fit at all, they weren't even close. My fiancé and I followed the instructions and triple checked all our measurements. The Tuxedo shirt had multiple yellow stains on the shirt that I had to take to dry cleaning to get out. My pants came with belt loops and no suspender buttons, which is the opposite of what I requested for my tux. The zipper on my pants was also broken right away. When I contacted the company they refused to pay for the alterations. They offered to remake the pants but with my wedding coming up there wasn't time nor did I have confidence they would do a good job the second time. I was very disappointed and will never be buying from this site again.

This is my second suit from mysuittailor.com and things couldn’t be better. The first suit needed minor adjusting (payed for by mysuittailor.com) and the fit is perfect on this one. The material and workmanship are also great. I have a very hard-to-fit body due to past injuries and until now haven’t found anything to properly fit even at over twice the price. These people are wonderful to work with: fast response, highly knowledgeable, friendly to the point they remember you as an individual, etc. I have waited several months to write this review to make sure wear and tear last: as advertised,the fit just gets better. I don’t think you can go wrong with this operation.

The material is of high quality and I can see the stitches and construction are very good.

The fit isn't a 100%. But this might be my inexperience with online mtm. I advise you to measure your body and not a garment, I suspect the garment I measured was not well picked by me. Maybe they could offer a service where a customer can send them to send them an old, well fitting garment to replicate.

This suit is for me fiancé -- the groom! We originally ordered a rental that was highly recommended from friends and, luckily, my fiancé paid extra for an early try on. He was initially satisfied with the rental -- I was not! The shoulder pads made the frame bulky and the slim pants clearly buckled at odd places as they met the shoes. What ended up being the last straw for me was the visible stitching on the lapel. I have since learned that this is a style preference, but I thought it made the rental look cheap.
My fiancé had previously watched several YouTube reviews of My Suit Tailor and considered it before renting, but didn't know if it'd be worth paying slightly more. After seeing the rental, we decided to go for the custom suit! I am thrilled that we did! They went above and beyond to give us the customizations we asked for!
The color of the inside lining of the suit that I wanted wasn't an option on the website, but I made a note of preference while placing my order and they happily obliged! I also asked clarifying questions about visible stitching on the lapel and, again, they happily obliged! No stitching is visible on my fiancé's lapel! The slim fit pants do not buckle the way they did when he wore the rental! And the shoulder pads do not make him look bulky or stiff.
Shipping was quick and the tracking updates were detailed. The suit came with a travel bag. We'll have the suit dry-cleaned closer to the wedding for getting out any wrinkles and we cannot wait for my fiancé's wedding day attire to be just as custom and fitted to him as my wedding dress is to me!
