Nice board. Being my first SUP i was not sure what to expect . On receiving board i was please with quality. However it took some time to make sense of instructions.. when talking of inflation of board. It says keep valve up. When I did this and removed hose down she goes. The valve must be down. There is a bar in the hose that pushes it down and it stays down when starting in up position. Doesn't mention anything about the in out side of pump or purpose of litle removable plug on side of pump.

I wish I could include photos of instructions.

I got a paddle board and was only able to use it once. The paddle board was faulty the valve would not shut and it also had a air leak, I’ve tried to contact the company multiple times by email, phoning them, messaging on both instagram and facebook and have not had a reply at all I am currently still waiting to hear back from them to get a refund but I cannot see them getting back to me any time soon. Do not use this company

Ordered the board and it came in within 6 days, as stated. Inflated it and tried it out, great, but as I got out I could hear the valve leaking. Got home tightened the valve with the tool provided, reinflated - no problem. I don't think the pump pressure gauge is too accurate but i'd have to test it on something else, it works though. So, apart from the valve being a bit loose and the gauge accuracy all is good.
The other thing that mystified me is that i have received a gnome, yes gnome, with a SUP from them that I didn't order. Checked bank and SUP payment taken but no payment for the Gnome (15.99) thankfully, best it stays that way!

Despite the website stating they had 17 of these in stock, they didn't have any in stock. After over a week without any update, I contacted them via email and some days later advised they would check stock. Then advised they had none. Then quoted a lengthy period before I could get them so I cancelled the order which they refunded. So never got a chance to see what the product was like....

I ordered my board was sent a message saying it had been delivered when i got home it wasnt there ive been attempting to contact them with no reply . The contact number isnt working hermes have told me to conract the company i purchased from and rhat appears to be impossoble no help and no reply from my emails

I ordered a SUP whilst on sale. Very suspicious it may have been a scam. However 2 days later it was delivered. SUP was as good of quality as any other I've seen, accessories good aswell.

Definitely worth the price, one of the cheapest I've seen

I ordered a paddleboard bundle and then was worried I’d be scammed because of all the bad reviews. Yes my payment went to mysup.co.uk, yes I couldn’t seem to contact them by phone. However, they did send me a free gnome (very random) and responded to my emails. The baddleboards turned up 6 days after ordering in perfect condition.

the first SUDOO paddle board of the year, it arrive soon, just the package has a little damage, but is okay, everything is great in the box.

Ordered sup board on wednesday. Had confirmation email, Friday recieved notification of dispatch and arrive on monday, recieved on saturday and i live on the isle of wight. Bonus.
Was worried when i read other reviews but, not needed. Cool looking product and it arrived b4 time. Not so easy to see if items are in stock or when youll get them on website. My only criticism.

Placed order mid May, was informed the product would take at least 25 days as they were low on stock, not a problem as it wasn't needed immediately.

Hadn't heard from them for nearly 8 weeks so emailed, no response, called, didn't answer. Contacted PayPal and a day later got a response, however they are trying to say the refund has gone through (for a smaller amount than I paid) when it clearly hasn't - AVOID!

Bought an air track from this company and received no email confirmation. I found a mobile number on the PayPal receipt. Texted to ask for an update on my order, I received a response asking for the confirmation number which I replied with and have heard nothing since. It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow and we have no present. I even paid extra for fast delivery. I’m beyond angry and disappointed that they haven’t responded back. Poor poor service and I suspect a bogus company where I shall have to request a refund from my credit card company.
