Not happy right now
At the moment , I am not very pleased . A purchase a channel in february and noticed since two Weeks that it was really loud. At contacted the treadmill producer and mystuff For further assistance. I followed all the steps given , but it's still didn't work. Now my stuff want me to pay a lot of money to send it back to pay for the service and the return fee.
I have a 5 year warranty.
They sold me a faulty, really expensive product and now want to make more money off their customer.
The customer service is friendly but really slow.
At the moment no decision on how to proceed has been made.
