Made a online order for a pair of…

Made a online order for a pair of earrings on 07/25/20 they were beautiful however after the fact I realized the earrings was smaller after watching a video displaying the actual size than the images on the website, I called & emailed them no response just minutes after the transaction on today 07/26/20 finally got a reply back from numerous emails I was asked if I would like to return or exchange the earrings they want me to believe they shipped them that fast not to mention I haven’t received a confirmation email stating this please beware of doing business with them it’s a hassle time consuming & a inconvenience all for a simple cancellation of this order for a refund.
