I was using 10 ish nic pouches a day. I’ve tried quitting so many times ended always going back. What I realised was it was the habit of putting a pouch in. So I just replaced the pouch. Now I don’t wake up fiending for nicotine pouches or have the desire to try them again. HEX saved my health.
