Never received $300 fragrance.
Never received $300 fragrance.
Contacted after 5 days of no movement when UPS tracking notified for SENDER to file claim/inquire.
Heard back that night saying next day they would contact UPS and find out what’s going on and they would set aside the fragrance I ordered when back in stock to send me.
Being they were OUT OF STOCK at the time of the fragrance LOST and said would set aside one for me when new shipment came in.
Notified YESTERDAY from sellers website the fragrance is now in stock with only 3 available.
Still have not heard a word from seller.
Still my package is sitting or lost 4 hours from my house with zero further communication from seller.
0 stars for lack of communication and lack of solution in sending a NEW PACKAGE WITH THE NOW IN STOCK fragrance I ordered that seller only has 3 of as of last night, highly doubt one was set aside or is being sent as claimed.
This was supposed to be DELIVERED 6 days ago and yet nothing. No movement since 6/26 where it was obviously lost. Zero replacement from seller nor follow up email.
Adding, I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and this is the treatment?

Thank you for your review and for expressing your concerns. We completely understand how stressful it can be to wait on an expensive order, especially one you have been looking forward to.
We want to reassure you that we take full responsibility for resolving this matter. Our customer service team is actively working with UPS and following their required investigation and claim process. Unfortunately, we cannot bypass UPS’s procedures, as they must first determine the package’s status before a formal claim can be filed. This is standard practice for all shipments, and we are complying to protect your order as well as our business.
As previously mentioned, we have reserved a replacement bottle specifically for you from our most recent stock, and it will remain secured until UPS provides the final investigation outcome or a claim is approved. We understand this may feel like a delay, but this process is necessary to properly conclude the shipping investigation.
If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we are able to process that once UPS finalizes the claim. Please let us know which resolution you would like so that we can proceed accordingly.
We truly value you as a customer and appreciate your continued support. While we understand this situation has been frustrating, please rest assured that we are actively managing your case and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
