Orders dispatched from Canada and so take longer than stated times

The website is misleading and does not mention that goods are actually shipped from Canada.
Delivery is stated as 5-12 days. My order arrived at Canadian Customs 6 days after the order with no further tracking available.
Customer service was non existent stating that the order was fulfilled once a package has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier.
Fortunately the order was delivered after 16 working days.
Would not use again.
