I was very happy with my experience with MySphera. Updates throughout the campaign. Some great playlist adds and at a very reasonable price.

Absolute scam. I received an email saying they submitted my track to two separate playlists/tastemakers without any details. When I tried to inquire about it it took nearly a week for a reply which came from Netta. She went on to ignore all my previous questions and inform me that my music has again been submitted to another tastemaker BUT there's no way I can find out who or where my songs are going unless I pay for a "campaign". Garbage.

Do not use MySphera. I paid for one of their campaigns on 06/08/2020, where they stated that they would be in contact within 24 hours to confirm. I heard nothing, and emailed them as such on 12/08/2020, which they completely ignored. I escalated the matter with PayPal and within minutes of submitting my issue to PayPal, I had an email from their co-founder, Netta Tzin (who, by the way, you can find on the Instagram accounts of two of the positive reviews on here - Shani Thee and Gaya Yoffe, neither of whom seem to ever have released any music - go figure), stating that my payment was still pending, and asking me to submit again. After checking my PayPal account, the payment is NOT pending, leaving me with the distinct impression that they are trying to get money out of me for a second time. I cannot emphasise this enough, DO NOT use MySphera; look up alternatives.

It is so easy to use and I found so many new good music that I enjoy to hear everyday. If you love music as much as I do I know for sure that You gonna love it too

Horrible! We added an EDM track and were told that they were working on promoting it - sending two links, one that led to a METAL music page (dafuq? who pitches pop to a rock/metal lover?) and one that didn't lead to any page at all (even worse than pitching to the wrong person). Not worth the money.

As a curator, I quite like using this service. The communication is very good, emails always get a reply. The work is very simple, only like or dislike, no need to write reviews. It feels much more relaxed than some of the other services I have tried to find new music. I actually found a great song in this service which I featured for over a year.
