Good old fashioned service.
I cannot praise this company enough. If only other online shops were half as good as my smoking shop.
You place an order, they confirm it, notify you when it is dispatched, I then get a message from Royal Mail telling me when my package will be delivered. Which is often the next day.

A good company.
I have used this company now on multiple occasions. The items are always delivered very promptly, the next day usually, and are of the best quality. Communication is always good as to the status of the order. They are also cheaper than a lot of other online retailers. I will continue to use them for all my smoking requirements in the future.
