Beware of "My Shop Prime" (India)Fraud

Ordered smart watch on 17/Jan/2024 through "MyShopPrime" (in India) Platform. Seller delivered an old/used watch which is not on/started since I received.
There is no customer care no. in their website from which I could contact them. There is an email address which is not capable to trouble shoot my complaint.
I feel anxious about that experience.
Beware of "MyShopPrime" (India).

Ordered a perfume from myshopprime website horrible experience or k should say cheating or scam . Charged 970₹ and send me 2018 Manufacturer date perfume with different cheap brand worth 200₹ and after mailing 3-4 times no response . Exchange or return impossible .
Stay away from scammers alert !!
Fraud sending me wrong product which is expired over 6 years
