The quality of the product. Speed of delivery and way customer service handled a slight logistics query.

1st purchase last month was great and arrived after two days. And the product so far is great. So much so that purchased another which I am looking forward in receiving. Albeit it so far taken 4 days

The Stensund is a great looking shoe and extremely well made. My only negative was that its narrow around the toe area. I’m a medium width, always have been, and their product description said to go down a half size from trainers like Nike. I didn’t do that as I chose to go with the same size as my trainers, but the front of the shoe was still too narrow. Good news is the return was quick and easy and I was refunded in less than a week. They’re quite reputable.

Needed patent leather shoes on a somewhat quick but reasonable timeframe (but not enough time to return and exchange). Ordered the formal oxfords with fingers crossed that they would work - meaning look, feel, and fit. Upon receipt (which was as fast as promised) - the shoes look great, feel amazing, and they are incredibly comfortable - from the moment I tried them on! An out of the box win!

First, I ordered three pair of shoes based on the size of the shoes I bought in the NY store. One of the pair was way too small. This was a small inconvenience. Worse is that now fedex is after me for import duties! Who buys from a company with a US presence and expects to have to pay import duties? I returned one pair of shoes -- where do I go to get my duties refunded? What a headache -- and an expensive one! I am not going to buy from Myrqvist again.

Purchase and shipping were fast and efficient. The boots are fantastic!

From Myquvist I have typically purchased a half size larger than from other makers. Unfortunately the selected shoe is not available in half sizes and this shoe is decidedly large.

Swift delivery and the (usual) high quality make ordering a no-brainer.
This time I ordered the Solvik Sandal. The only point is, I ‘m not completely convinced from the value for money. That is why I gave four stars instead of five.

Nice shoe design.

I ordered a pair of suede loafers, shoe tree and a waterproofing spray but so far it has been 20 days and the shoes have never been sent. When I contact the customer service I get told to be patient and receive a mini refund but I’m growing impatient. It says on the website that it can take 2-5 days before the order is being sent. So far Myrqvist has had all my money for 20 days and I, nothing. I hope this review kan be changed to a better rating in the near future.

Update: I decided to give it 4 stars instead since the error has been corrected but it still took a long time to get in touch with a real person who could help. I hope to receive my items soon
