Received a phone call from this service saying that all decisions had to be taken on the phone, no face to face contact. I declined, very poor service.

Rob Ryan of AFH contacted me and agreed to call to my home to discuss and advise on my future pension options. He was punctual and very professional in his appearance and attitude. He never tried to sell me anything, he just gave me very sound advice on how I would be best to draw down my upcoming company pension. He also answered my questions and made complete sense of how pensions work. I am very grateful to him for helping to make everything clearer.

No pressure sales just sound simple advice.

Use this site if you want to learn nothing than you already knew, but more to the point if you want to get contacted by useless advisors offering their services. I recommend a false phone number if you feel you really have to use the site, so at least they can only contact you by email.

I have a annuity which i get a monthly sum but i would like to take some more cash out so i can help start a small business up Which ive been told theres no chance at the end of day its my money everone seems to be getting there hands on there pensions just because ive already taken an amount i shouldnt be penalised i dont want it all just an amount that will help us.i find retirement pensions a good company very helpful and the staff are all ways polite.

With so many changes affecting my pension - I had no idea what to do and which route to take. Your planner was really useful and I was very pleased with the follow up call I received. I have a meeting with the financial adviser tomorrow - so a big thanks and a thumbs up from me.

I was advised to check with my employer as I work for the NHS and was informed as an NHS employee I am not eligible for draw down. Had I not enquired I would have gone on thinking it was possible until I do decide to call it a day. So thanks it was beneficial.
