I am very pleased with the service I got. The people working here really know what they're doing and they assisted me a lot.

On needing a cancellation/refund I was required to submit a positive review prior to money being refunded.

Resolving with precision - {Support #08}

They are bandits, I didn't want the service when I realized it wasn't a movie app and they gave me back less than what was deducted and they also forced me to give a good review otherwise they wouldn't give me my money back, which I did to that they discharged me. But this month they discounted me again and within 7 days they returned my money, which is not the same due to the exchange rate in dollars, it is much less, they would have to correct the error with more money.

Went above and beyond to ensure issue got resolved. Enhanced customer experience by doing this and increased my view as a customer on their service excellence

This one of my best experiences and I wish to have found this earlier!!!
