I'd give zero stars if I could.
Item received is not like the image at all and poorly made.
I am trying to request the return for the item at the cost of the seller, due to it not being as described.
I am also going through a chargeback with my card.
Avoid buying from here.

Avoid at all costs. The items are not as described on the website. My doll arrived and it was hard and plastic and resembled chucky. I would not have given this doll to my daughter. It would give her nightmares. I have since been in touch with this company via email to request a refund and return of the doll. They do not want me to return the doll - it probably costs them too much and keep offering me insulting refunds. I paid £60 for this doll . I will tell everybody how terrible this company is. AVOID. I am not hopeful I will get my refund. They must get a kick out of ripping people off.

scammers. didnt send me a reborn doll. pictures are stolen, reviews are fake on their website. refuses to refund my money.

The baby received was plastic and not lifelike at all. I could have bought this at a discount store. I am so disappointed and have requested a refund, and will mail this trash back if needed. It was for my granddaughters birthday and now I need to scramble to find something else. I cannot believe I spent $88 for this complete garbage. This company should be shut down!

Deserves absolutely ZERO STARS. I ordered a doll for my daughter’s birthday and what I received was nothing like what they advertise. I really wish I would have came to these reviews before I wasted my time.

When I first emailed the customer service email to receive the information on how to return product to obtain a full refund, the customer service guy named Jason said that each doll has “slightly subtle differences since they’re handmade” and tried to offer me $30 for my dissatisfaction (paid over $100 for it) and to offer advice on changing the outfit on the doll. When I said I wouldn’t consider it, that these were by no means “subtle differences” and I just wanted to return the doll and receive my money back, I was then offered $70 refund + to keep the doll since “it takes a long time and a lot of money to ship back to their warehouse in China.”

After I gave it some thought, I went ahead and said I would take the $70 refund since that seemed like it would happen faster than waiting on the process of shipping it and then receiving it in order to receive my full refund. I went back to my emails to see if there was a response and it shows that my message was blocked. Tried to message again on same thread, and again, blocked. Sent a new email on a new thread and have not received any response back. TERRIBLE! It seems like they have no intention of returning anyone’s money in a hassle-free manner and I can understand why.. their products are awful. I will definitely be filing with my bank in regards to this. Such scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company won't refund you for product you purchase if you are unsatisfied. If they do they will tell you you have to ship it back to China which will cost you nearly the cost of the doll, if not more. Or they will offer half and you get to keep the crap product that isn't what you wanted. I want my full refund! They should pay the return shipping because I never should have received what I did in the first place considering it wasn't what

I ordered the Natalia 22 inch doll and some additional clothes as my daughter really wanted this for a birthday gift. Then I got really scared reading the reviews here afterwards. As a result I wrote to cancel my order. They did respond within a day, informing me the doll had already shipped. I then thought my 140 dollars were lost..

The package arrived from China to Denmark after 15 days, which was better than expected. I actually was really positively surprised when I opened the box. The doll doesn’t have as much painted details as the pictures show, and the clothes are standard dolls clothes, but my daughter will be thrilled! It is important to remember that the doll is also a fourth of the price most reborns cost. As the realistic looking doll my daughter was after this is perfect! But if you’re after a life-like baby as most reborns serve the purpose of, then you might be disappointed. Probably all these poor reviews are due to misaligned expectations.

Do not order anything from this website. No phone number to speak too. They do not answer their email. And no way to track your meschindize. I get the feeling they are scammers .

I ordered TWO dolls, which were very cute in the PICTURES! They finally arrived today, 11/3/2021, and I was so disappointed with them both. One of them is actually worse looking than the first one, but both need to be returned. I could not believe that these dolls do not bare any resemblance to the pictures on the website. Never again will I order from this company: "My reborn baby doll". I will file with PayPal today.

100% scam. I canceled the order, they lied and said it had already shipped. Then they sent proof of delivery to an address 4 states away from the ship to. Do NOT do business with them.

My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. The doll I received was nothing like the photos. To make matters worse, the quality was no better than a $20 doll from Walmart, if that.
Communication with the company is pitiful at best.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They claim to be a company from NY that produces high quality, hand made dolls. This couldn't be further from the truth. They are actually from China and produce cheap knockoffs of the stolen pictures they use on their website. The doll we received was nothing like what was described on their website, in quality or appearance. The garments we ordered were terribly cheap feeling and the headband was damaged.

When I brought my concerns to them, they offered me a $10 refund, which I obviously refused. After several email exchanges, they agreed to a $50 refund, if I did not dispute with PayPal. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails and have not dent the refund. PayPal is currently investigating the claim.

Right after we ordered the doll we realized that we accidently had two in our cart. We only needed one doll. We emailed the company right away per their website and they never responded. We even emailed them a few days later, before the dolls shipped and nothing. Well, yesterday the dolls arrived and they look nothing like what the website shows. We have emailed them again and we are not getting any response. We want a refund, we are happy to return the dolls, but no one is responding to us. they do not have a phone number to call, so we are limited to email. The seller is not responding. the doll I was going to order was pretty cute but then I read these reviews and instantly emptied my cart and signed out.

I am completely disappointed! I ordered a doll for my daughter 2 months ago and have not received her. I was expecting to get her for Christmas for her big gift. I am heartbroken for my daughter especially being that she was so expensive! Ive tried calling several times, emailing them non stop and even contacting Canada post, however they are not able to do anything at this point. This is the worst company to order from. Please please please do not take any chances. You will be very disappointed!
