money hungry and product doesn’t work as it should. asked for a refund due to not wanting the service and was told no even though i was literally charged five minutes. showed proof that i was no longer interested and still nothing
Horrible customer service!
My wife who is a professional photographer, my daughter, and I were at an event she was shooting. A person asked for my wife’s brushes card. She replied, she was out. My revenge daughter, who does not have a phone, asked if she could use mine to create a digital business card, really quick. I agreed and told her as long as it didn’t cost more than a few bucks. She said, she found one and will only charge my card $1.95. Two months later I noticed a charge each month for $49, for a total of $98. Not recognizing the website, I checked it out. Come to find out it was QRCode.com. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation. They refused to reverse the charges. I pleaded to their better nature and explained my teenage daughter thought she was helping her mom for a few dollars, and her numbskull dad didn’t confirm. They rejected my additional plea. This company doesn’t care. Not to mention who in their right mind would pay $49 for one digital business card. I paid less for three employees two years ago. I guess empathetic, quality customer service is out of their realm. Not to mention, I myself had a similar experience with a domain hosting site just last week. Today they reached out to say they are reimbursing my charges and providing the service for free. That’s the way you handle customer service. This domain hosting site made a customer for life as opposed to QRcode.com will never receive a recommendation from me. Don’t ever use!
So delighted and many thanks to Diana!
So delighted and many thanks to Diana and Victoria!
I sent an email through the help link and Diana responded immediately. I had two accounts and needed to merge them (one is a paid account) to retrieve an expired qr code. The process was friendly, supportive and seamless. I am super grateful and can't sing enough praises to the ease of service I received!!!

I was told id be charged 1 dollar for making a QR code...to give them access to my credit card. Just noticed for 2 months I've been charged 50 dollars.
Quick and friendly service!
I reached out to the team because my clients wedding RSVPs were linking to a deactivated page and they thought we might need to reprint all of the RSVPs - luckily all I needed to do was to subscribe monthly and reaching out to the team, Diana was so quick to respond. I really really appreciate her helping with this slightly alarming issue immediately and we got it resolved in no time. Thank you again.

I use QR codes
I use QR codes, obviously, but didn't know anything about creating one for my business. myqrcode made everything simple & streamlined & affordable. Very excited to have the QR code printed on our show posters and keep ticket buying easy for our customers.
