I don't recommend buying from this website they got my order wrong I ordered a whey protein chocolate and coconut flavor and they sent me another flavor. and when I contacted the customer support, they didn't respond it's been 3 days and they still till this day keeps ignoring my messages if you want to buy something, I recommend going to Decathlon but don't buy something expensive from any myprotein website because when they get your order wrong they will ignore you

High quality products / good app interface / fast delivery

Love the products, very nice team and support!

It took a week to deliver the product. Other brands deliver in 24-48h.

Everything was great. The price was on par with competition, even slightly cheaper. The (standard) delivery was somewhat fast. The variety of products and flavors are very satisfactory and the flavors itself are very noticeable. Some improvements could be applied to the product description page, where there are some sections that bring no useful information (e.g. “notas de estilo” and “product details” when there is already a “descrição” section that contains most of the content of these two). Moreover, it’d be nice to be able to track my order inside the app itself instead of being redirected to another page.

The website is easy to use, the products are good quality, but the delivery time is too long…

So far I just bought their origin pump and I can't find the scoop.

I love MyProtein. Great taste; super light on the palate. Fast delivery. Perfect for me.

Good discounts in all products. Shipping takes a while but it's okay.

Overall i think MyProtein has the best price/quality on the market, butnone thing thats kinda bad is the shipping time and cost, other similar brands deliver the product a lot faster and the shipping cost isnt as high.

One of the worst customer experience I’ve had.

I had to repeat several times the issue I was facing only to receive a reply that lacked empathy and flexibility, and was zero customer orientated.

The packages also look very amateur, with the labels glued with bad quality. It’s also very hard to read the nutritional table.

The app also has some translation issues.

I bought some 6kg of the soya protein! The strawberry dont tasts good! And I have closed packs of this one. So I asked to change the flavor they said that is not possible. So I have many kg of a bad tasty protein (I wanted change just 2.5kg that is closed, not all them) I bought a big quantity because have some reviews saying that is good tasty, maybe is other flavors. But the customer service is not good if we cant change a product that wasn’t open.

First time ordering. Made a simple order of two bags of protein almost two weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. We're talking two bags of protein, not a 100 article order. Contacted customer support about the matter and they weren't helpful at all. It would be faster for me to get some cows, take their milk and transform it into protein powder than order from Myprotein. Definitely don't recommend, I will not order again.
