I tried to order some Glutamine but you do smaller sizes than 1kg. Was surprised and a little disappointed, as i have ordered a smaller size befofre.

Excellent products. The protein powders are delicious with so many flavours. I love the mixed bars. One treat for me every day. They may appear expensive but you have to pay for quality. Fast next day delivery. A very good company to buy from.

This would have been a five star. I can't fault their products and I have a subscription in place every two months. It's the only one I have used tgat doesn't give me stomach ache.
However, I am supposed to receive 1kg bags of whey isolate but this time I received 900g and no email to inform me of the change.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I ordered 1 kg of Impact Whey Protein - Unflavoured, but instead of a neutral whey taste, the product has an overwhelming chemical smell and a bitter, plastic-like taste that makes it completely inedible.
Despite reporting a clearly faulty batch (Batch P602903090), customer service dismissed my claim stating (translated from original language):
"After consulting with our development team, we can confirm that the taste, smell, and appearance of the product are as expected. All feedback we receive is extremely valuable and allows us to continuously improve our products, and your feedback regarding the appearance is especially helpful. Therefore, we are confident that this batch meets the high standards that Myprotein is proud of."
If a strong chemical/plastic smell (and taste) is their "high standard," then I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. I’ve wasted my money on a product that is going straight to the bin.

Ordering was simple delivery was quick which is just how I like it. Packaging was good so would recommend to anyone. Haven't taken any yet but the last ones I ordered were very good quality

One of the products I received, although in date just, is of poor quality, tastes out of date. It is the protein wafers. I have been trying to contact customer services but can not seem to do this. Very disappointed.

Ordered wrong flavor. I always order the same favour and thought I watching so again. Noticed same day but more than 1 hrs after order. Tried to cancel and couldn't. Advised needvto return after receipt.
Paid for next day delivery. Camev2 days after order.
Clear ,repeat order signposting when logging in would be good. Email recognition, regardless of pathways to site or whether have an account that's logged into or not, would facilitate this.
Next day delivery from Evri unreliable. Choice of carrier for customer ?

This could have been a 5-star review if not for the shady maths:
Ordered an Impact Whey subscription, all fine for 2 months.
Then receive an email: "We are reducing the amount from 1kg to 900g, for 30 doses per pack"
So far so good.
"We are increasing the price £2 to reflect this change".
Come again?
100g less, for £2 more?
Dressed up to sound like some kind of advantage?
"You get less...for more!"
Gee, thanks, MyProtein, what a perfect example of corporate 'enshittification', which seems to infect most brands and offerings these days, with a few notable exceptions.
