Both boxes are damaged, one of them is very bad, all the chocolate bits are out of their place and the small windows are half open.. not the best packaging. Quite disappointing

Speedy service and good offers
Really quick delivery and there are always a good range of offer. I must say that I have been disappointed by the vegan protein powders I have recently trialled (they are very powdery) and I am sad to see the flavdrops are now not being sold in their 100ml bottles. I also think the delivery price is far too high and wish there was an option to share free delivery for a year between two accounts.

The product was well priced with the available discounts. It came nice and quick. The delivery price was fairly high but at least it came on time. I was offered a free gift at purchase which I took, I paid Its delivery fee but I’ve heard nothing from the company I bought it from and it’s not here as of yet so I’m wondering if it’s a scam, myprotein however done great

Order not delivered and poor customer after care
The order I placed was accepted and Myprotein took the payment. A few days later they started messaging me to say that I "had rejected the delivery.... ". This was totally untrue, they just never tried to deliver my order. I tried to contact them through their website but just got an automated reply repeating that I had refused delivery. Then took a long time to get through by phone, kept on hold a lot. Finally got through and they reluctantly admitted that the item was out of stock when I ordered it but the website still took the order. Got a refund in the end. Their customer care service is atrocious.

Mars bar flavoured protein very nice
Ordered the Mars flavoured protein. It tastes great. Was able to claim discount using the code Cayle, within 48 hours it was delivered which was impressive as im in n.ireland
