I had a wonderful experience with Lauren from Myprotein. I reached out to her because unfortunately there was stains on the sport bra I ordered and I wanted to know how to proceed to exchange it for another one. Lauren answered really fast and was very kind. Since the sport bra was out of stock she offered me a refund. I really appreciated that. I love the brand and will definitely order again.
I know this is a good company but will not go with it again. My friends and I used to buy from them when I was in Italy. But I recently came to Canada and decided to order from them. I ordered two products on March 4. The estimated delivery was March 24. So, on March 24 I was expecting the package. It never came. On March 25 I checked my profile and nothing was changed. So, I checked tracking details and I saw that according to the report, my product was delivered on March 14. On March 25, I contacted the customer support and they told me to fill out a form which says my product wasn't delivered. Finally today, on March 28 I contacted them again and they told me to replace the order or ask for a refund. I already waited enough, so I asked for a refund and now waiting to receive the money back. Well, that is the end of my story with this company I guess.
I give two stars to myprotein.ca, for the customer service.
new update:
As I said, I contacted them last week and asked for a refund since they told me if I reorder, there will be no certain date that they can tell my product will be delivered. One week has passed since that time and I didn't receive my money. So, I asked for the second time and they told me that the money will be transferred by the end of this week. If this time they really meant it, it is 14 days for a refund. How hard can it be? I change my rating to 1 star (only because zero is not a choice). It is a month (30 days) that I am stuck with this unorganized company. I will update about whether I can get my money back or not.
Third update:
I haven't received my money back after 14 days and two false promises. I have asked them two times during the past two weeks and each time they promised me to refund my money in one week. They never did.
What a shame.
4th update:
I talked to another customer service agent (Anna), and she said I will receive my money in the next 5-7 working days. Same false promise. And I tried to contact their customer service representatives via phone, and that line is always busy.
You know what, I give up on my money. I imagine that I threw it away on March 4.
To Kayleigh: I contacted your team many times (at least 5 times). My story is written above.

Aran was helpful, explained why the prices have got through the roof. said that they hope to bring them back down soon. pretty disappointing that a product you use to get for under 20$ is now over 100$

I had an inquiry about a product that had been out of stock for a while, so I spoke to a representative named Aran and shared some of my questions. The representative was really quick to respond and was able to give me an estimated timeframe as well as answer my questions swiftly and to the point.
