Exceeded Expectations
Ordered a replacement bulb for my trusty projector and was very happy with the prompt customer service/reply to my email. I also was very happy to receive installation instructions with my lamp as I was a little hesitant to make the replacement myself but am thrilled with the result! Would definitely shop here again for a bulb replacement.

Easy to deal with, great website. High quality. Lots of times I don't write reviews as the product hasn't had time to be judged properly. I bought a lamp for my BENQ projector 2 years ago it has now done 5500 hours. So not only am I very impressed but also about to re-order.
