Excellent delivery terrible product. No returns.

Quick delivery but cannot return goods which are not fit for purpose. I bought several boxes of gloves. On trying they split on putting on. Very thin and not at all servicable. I wrote 're return policy as I had several unopened boxes. No reply. On Facebook I received a response offering a £5 off voucher to spend on another purchase!! Unbelievable. Steer clear I feel I have been fleeced and am £60 out of pocket with products I can't use or return.

**UPDATE** Original order now fully processed. Reveived in good order. Would shop with them again.
Initial service not very good, order not complete. Follow up to telephone and email enquiry resulted in an odd email response asking for postcode and order number confirmation. Awaiting their response.
