Run Run Run. .I only gave one star because I had too so I could warm people to find a better program..I spent hours loading baby photos to make a baby book .. when they finally arrived most were such bad quality...never did there program say it was too bad quality to upload. . I contacted them... apparently it was my fault because of the quality although I'm not a IT EXPERT..I used their site .. uploaded my photos nothing helped me with photo quality..all I received was a voucher.. and after telling them I will not pay for such bad quality...I still receive a bill from debt collectors ...so now I have to find the time to do it all again which as a mum with a young child is very hard to find ...I still have no phone book AND a 50 euro bill with debt collectors...their attitude was too bad it was your fault...here's a voucher..do it again ...I have never experienced such bad customer service and attitude...all I can say is take your precious memories to someone who cares !
