Haven’t received item and no response when emailed to ask where it is.

It is a scam. Avoid.

Never received item: Ordered a Cutterbot on August 27. Got a confirmation email that seemed very professional. I figured it would take awhile to ship, but on September 20, when I still heard nothing, I contacted them via their contact form. I received a speedy and professional reply that they were behind due to high demand and that I would be notified at every step in the process. I followed up with a request for a timeline for delivery. They replied that they didn't have that but they reassured that it would be delivered. By October 27, still not updates whatsoever and they did not reply to my last email asking for an update, so I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Such a bummer because my kids were very excited about the Cutterbot.

I bought a cardboard craft cutting thing and it still hasn't arrived 2 months after buying. It looks like a scam by the way the response has been written.

Total scam— had to get reimbursed by my bank— do not trust!

After reading what everyone has said, looks like I too have been scammed. Absolutely no answers. I blame myself as it’s from a well known scam country. I honestly thought it would be great for kids. I’m again sorry that I have to give one star as it doesn’t deserve a star at all but. 😔

Complete scam! Bought it on Oct 9 and never received a confirmation of my order. Can only contact through the website. Still no response. Had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

I have bought a Stem Crafter Box advertised on instagram from Pookino Hampshire which has not been delivered. Numerous messages sent have not been acknowledged. I'm worried this is a scam so please be aware of any advertisements on instagram. Very poor service.

Placed order for delivery a few business days later. Straightaway there was a reply that demand had been so high that packaging and delivery would be delayed. Since then no updates. I have replaced my credit card because this appears to be a scam site (see other Trustpilot posts) and card company advised to do this. Two weeks since and no way of contacting them.

No product, tracking goes nowhere and/or changes. No contact established. $62 into the wind!

Scam company. Do not order from.them neither send them any cent.

Instantly delayed and has been unwilling to provide a refund. Resulting in missed birthday gift for child, and me cancelling the order via my credit card service.

Likely a scam business or a front for something else.

Yep, scam. No product, no replies to inquiries. Have filed a chargeback with the bank. Silly me, should have done some research prior to purchase!

Like other comments here, I also ordered the cardboard cutter from Pookino. The product didn't arrive. The tracking info provided led nowhere. The only way to contact them on the website is to provide more personal information, which I will not be doing.

Scam website and company.

This website is a scam. Paid and never received anything, hear nothing back. Super annoying!
