One of the very best hostels!
I stay in hostels all around the world and travel full time now that I'm retired. Mypodroom Capsule Hostel is one of the very best that I have stayed in. The owner visits every day to ensure that the guests are happy and the staff is very friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist, Risma. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. I only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 8 nights! The beds are very comfortable with full screens for privacy. There is a reading light and electrical outlet for charging your phone or computer. While I was there, the owner changed the mattress on many beds which I thought was not needed but he wanted to keep his hostel in good condition. It's very clean with ample toilets and showers. Fresh towels are always available and they will change your sheets as requested. The blankets are small but Risma gave me two to make sure I was warm at night. Breakfast is bread/toast and jam with free coffee and tea all day. There is a large TV in the breakfast area with free Netflix. Mypodroom Hostel is located very near Braga Street which has many bars and restaurants. There are also some very good and cheap restaurants within2 minutes of the hostel. I highly recommend MyPod Room Hostel for anyone staying in Bandung, Indonesia! Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable!
