Placed an order more than a month ago. Still no update regarding the order placed. They have stopped replying to my Emails. They're asking for extra shipping cost stating that the product is being shipped back to their facility as they tried contacting me but couldn't reach me. Absolute scam. No one from the online store or delivery agency have contacted me regarding delivery. Highly unprofessional. I've repeatedly sent them Emails for update regarding the product. They replied to first few of my Emails stating that the product has been dispatched. Later when I sent them an emails asking for refund, they stopped replying.

Totally scam. Not deserve even 1 star...They are fraud. Take pre paid orders only so that they can easily dupe money from their customers.
I ordered two products from their website. And despite of multiple remainders through mails and messages I didn't received any of them.
Their all positive reviews are paid and they make their customers fools through their Instagram page and website. Also they delete negative reviews/comments from their Instagram page.
They give you wrong tracking details which eventually increasing day by day...and atlast they neither dispatch nor shipped and eventually not even deliver your order.
Also you can't contact them because their number which are on WhatsApp are invalid and doesn't exist. You can just email and WhatsApp them, which are not even replied by them.
The irony is they even ask you about 5 star reviews without delivering of your orders by sending you link which you click mistakenly will take 5 star only on their website.
So don't ever purchase anything from their website or Instagram page. And report their page and website.

Not even want to give a star to this unethical company. This is nighmare, we ordered a gift for our friend who is about to leave for USA in couple of days. Its been a month and thier is no clue about the same. Highly unprofessional behavior moreover, they don't provide the phone number whom you could contact too, mail is i believe for peer pressure otherwiae they dont even bother to attend the issue.

It's been months and even after so many mails and dms, the order hasn't dispatched. All they do is either don't reply or not take any action. Height of unprofessionalism and audacity to fool customers.
I extremely regret ordering from this site.

I've ordered a keychain, Its been 20 days now, it's showing order has been fulfilled and it didn't reached to me!
Everyday their mail is saying order is shipped and will take 2-3 days.
It's increasing day by day. I suggest not to order anything from here. Worst app it is with pathetic delivery service.!

I had ordered for 2 keychains and paid the amount in full (they have only prepaid option, they don't accept cod). After almost 20 days they have sent me the parcel. With only one keychain. In the receipt they have billed me for 2 keychains but while sending the item they have sent just 1. There is no response from their customer service, though I have raised a webform on their site and sent them multiple messages on Instagram. They are defrauding customers. This company is a scam. Also, when I try to call them it says that their number is no longer in use.

I had placed my order on 18th November. On the TRACK MY ORDER PAGE, it has been showing today's date for the past three days, yet it has not been delivered. The delivery date keeps on increasing, and it is causing confusion. The payment had been done already. After making excuses about incomplete delivery, I sent all the details AGAIN on 24th November. What followed was- UNANSWERED EMAILS, BAD CUSTOMER RESPONSE and HASSLE AS A CONSUMER. I started reaching out through Instagram comments, and their social media team had the audacity to DELETE MY COMMENTS. after constantly deleting comments, they again gave me the same excuse of it being sent in 2 or 3 days. I then filed a complaint in the NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE. We pressed for a refund, but they gave the same old excuse of them being small biz, even tho they have 34.4K followers. ARE THEY ALL PURCHASED AND FAKE THEN? After again resorting to putting Instagram stories and EXPOSING THEM, and writing tens and twenties of mails, the product was received ON 7 DECEMBER.

5. DELETES NEGATIVE COMMENTS, THAT IS, HAS 0 TRANSPARENCY.

The worst company ever its fraud dont order anything from here it's been months but didn't recieved my order yet

Very unprofessional and the wooden stand they gave its so narrow that the frame doesn't fit properly. They have ruined my surprise

I have ordered a plaque for my friend, but didn't get anything till now. I paid for that's coz they don't have COD.
Please don't use this site, they r completely fake and froud.

I have placed an order yesterday and paid the money as well because they don't have COD. My money has been deducted but theorder has not been placed and they are not replying to mails or insta DM. Such fraudsters especially during covid times they have the Audacity and imhumanness to take away peoples money. Shame!!!!

Scam of a company, ordered 7 weeks ago and all emails have been completely ignored!

Delivery took months and you can get it much cheaper elsewhere.

Do not use this. Ordered in January hoping it would be delivered by Valentine’s Day, heard nothing until 16 feb when Hermes tracking app said it was supposed to be delivered that day, then Hermes said there was an issue with the delivery and that I had to contact the sender, which I have 4 times without a response as to what the issue is, waste of money.

You don't deserve 1 star, ZERO. I ordered this on December 15, today is February 3. Still nothing. Have contacted customer service 15 times and they are clueless. Will give it one more week and then report it as fraud to my bank. Do not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order on the 12th January for a plaque for Valentine’s Day which was a present to give to my boyfriend, I am still yet to receive it let alone have it processed because according to the tracker it’s still been ordered, if anyone has received my order by accident I would love it if you could get in touch with me so I can have my present for my boyfriend, I will never use this company again ever, the tracker is unreliable, I have sent three emails and they are all pretty much automated emails im getting back from someone called Lee, if anyone has received my order by accident and I haven’t even received an email to say it’s being processed let alone out for delivery so someone may have it by mistake please please get in touch with me so I can have it

I bought my plaque 2nd December as a Christmas present. I have had no replies or answers to my emails about the item. I then received a package 20th January and it was someone else's plaque. I received a picture of some couple who I have never seen in my life. My plaque also had a picture of my wife and 1 year old son on it. So who knows where that picture has ended up. Avoid and save your money. I doubt I will get a refund as they are now not replying to any emails.

Still no order and when faced with me asking for a refund, Myplaque have said they can’t offer refunds until 43 days after purchase, but it’s okay I did order a month and a half ago and not received a thing. GIVE ME MY ORDER OR REFUND. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered 3rd December - no sign of arrival - order not even been dispatched yet - customer service a joke ! Don’t care ! Clearly a scam ! Worst customer service I have ever received
