I ordered a sweater two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. When emailing the customer service all they say it is out of stock and order another item. This makes no sense. Will never deal with them again. I don't know how to get my money back. Horrible experience. They are not responding to my emails.

I got sucked in like everyone else here! I'm still trying to get the return address. Guess I have to go through the headache of calling the credit card. And... I agree. The items are nothing like the images!

Never buy from this place! Also known as Dreamslipshop. Terrible quality, nothing like photo. And trying to get a return address is impossible. The stupid customer service people won't confirm the return address.

Bought a few items as a gift with express shipping. They arrived late and were of horrendous quality. Nothing like the photos.
Email customer service ignores all your emails. They take your money and disappear. They've also changed their name a few times which tells you something (e.g. dreamlipshop) I've had to pursue them via my credit card company which has been a headache.
Do not fall for their misleading advertising and save yourself the disappointment and inconvenience.

Did not received all my items, no contact from the seller when the item was out of stock. I have to contact them to find out that I will not receive the item. The dress was for my nephew wedding and would appreciate the notice sooner. The earing post was broken sent in pictures as requested - no response from them. The dress was for $17
.84 with free shipping. They only refunded $7.88.
Bad experience all around.

I payed $70.00 Australian dollars for a dress from Mypink Paris plus postage, minus 5 stars for this mob!!!! After about 3 weeks my parcel arrived I was so excited until I opened it. What a rag unbelievable nothing like what I payed for, wish I could post a photo of it here. Which I will do on there site. Luckily I only buy through Pay Pal. I sent a email to this company was offered a refund of $19.99 and I could keep the item. To which I refused, they informed me I could send it back for a refund but it wouldn’t make it back in the returned goods period. I opened a complaint with pay pal. After some more emails I was to return the item at my expense over $30.00 dollars. I had to show proof of postage and tracking. Last week I received $70.00 back from PayPal and was informed the company did not contact them again. All up Nearly $40.00 dollars for postage to and from. CHINA!!!!! Scammmmmm.

The dress received was very poorly made, nothing like the picture and I cannot contact anyone to return it. They are not replying to emails and you cannot contact then through their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Never ever order from this website. The dresses are nothing like the picture. Quality is below critical, they have never responded to any emails requesting return. Absolutely scammers.

They sold me a dress that looks nothing like the picture then refused to fully refund the item even though it was not what I purchased. Absolute crooks!

I had a similar experience as the ones described here. Bought some items, they arrived and looked horrible and cheap, emailed for the return/refund process, they kept answering that I should send pictures to show defect. Told them there is no defect, it just looks awful but I still sent pictures; they are now telling me they need more angles!!! (Wadn't sure if I should laugh or cry at that stage...) Anyway, it took me quite a few emails back and forth until I finally decided to check reviews on the internet... which I should have done before and will always do from now on (lesson learned). Anyway, I obviously lost my money but I will finally stop wasting my time emailing them thanks to your reviews. So in order to save other people time and money, I am happily writing this review. DO NOT USE!! Not only will you not get a refund if unsatisfied with your items but I have never seen such poor quality in clothing, they just look horrendous. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

They do not exist and operate under different names via Facebook and Instagram; examples are Dreamlipshop, Mikodress and of course Mypinkparis- this is fraud and you'll never get your money back - please spread the message. Credit card companies should block them!!!! never buy anything from them!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Please avoid this company!! They must buy fake reviews. I ordered three dresses, paid £130, measured myself and ordered correctly. However the dresses arrived and they were tiny and such poor quality, you could tell straight away they were from China but the website looks like they are from America. I then contacted the company via Facebook, they told me to return the dresses, which I’ve done to the address they asked me to (which looked like someone’s apartment address) but I did it anyway. They are now refusing to send me my refund, now saying I’ve sent the dresses back to the wrong address despite me having proof in messages!!! I’ve now lost all my money and haven’t even got the dresses.
