Brilliant service, very fast, lots of info, great price.

Brilliant service, and cheaper than elsewhere. I bought a Samsung S9 on MusicMagpie, I looked at so many phones that when I chose one I forgot to make sure that it was unlocked. It was locked to Vodafone. High street shops wanted £15-20 but said they had to keep the phone for a couple of days. I tried Myphoneunlockcode because it has good reviews here (also some bad) and they offer refunds.
I ordered late at night, the payment page failed, which was scary, but it looked like a legit failure so I tried again. Payment was pending for a while but the confirmation email came through quickly. The next morning another email came with more details of the process and the following day the code arrived with comprehensive details on how to unlock every sort of phone! It also had info on what to do if it failed and when to contact them.
Very impressive service, very fast, lots of info. Oh, and the code worked straight away!

I have asked again to have a manager…

I have asked again to have a manager contact me to arrange my money back as I won't pay over £60 to unlock a phone. Same generic answer. HORRENDOUS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT USE

Worked perfectly

I needed to unlock an old phone of mine and was quite cautious about choosing a company to provide me with an unlocking code, as it seems there are quite a few less than scrupulous websites out there. I found myphoneunlockcode.com via recommendation from the GiffGaff mobile network website.

The unlocking code that I required was competitively priced and the service was provided quickly. I was given an estimate of up to two days for my code to be provided, however I received a response within less than an hour. Unfortunately, the first attempt to produce an unlocking code was unsuccessful, however I was given the option of either a full, immediate refund or paying for a slightly higher priced service (£12.80 compared to the original £9.20) to attempt to produce the code, again with the offer of a full refund if this was unsuccessful, which I accepted. I received an immediate refund of the original £9.20 payment, and an unlocking code was successfully produced on the second attempt. The code was delivered quickly within less than an hour of my initial request, and was delivered by email with clear instructions on what I needed to do. The code worked perfectly first time.

Initially I felt a little sceptical about whether I would receive the service that I had requested, but I am pleased to say that I didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company, in my experience they seem to be reliable.

Slow, no codes received and ignoring emails

Ordered yesterday and told by email I would receive the code within 1 day. It's now the end of day 2 and no code and my emails sent from their website are being blanked!
I only went with this company because of their supposedly faster delivery times than others.... Very disappointed!

Not to be trusted...

On Friday last week, I decided I wanted the iPhone 6, and so I had a quick look on Gumtree. Eventually I found one, brand new sealed in the box but the unfortunate thing was that the phone was locked to Vodafone. I'm not new to the idea of phone unlocking but I've always bought unlocked phones so this has never been an issue for me... Until now.

At first, I visited the Vodafone website and found out that to get my phone unlocked it would have taken 10 or more days and this would cost me £19.99. Being extremely impatient and wanting to play with my new toy, I then referred to what is the mobile bible to me for help - the giffgaff forums. After a good twenty minutes or so, I stumbled across something called the unlockipedia or something along those lines. There, at the top it stated that there was this site called myphoneunlockcode.com. I went on there, googled for reviews and they were average to say the least, however they were promising that they could have my phone unlocked in as little as five days! Immediately, I pulled out my bank card, punched in my IMEI number and set up to have my phone unlocked by this cheaper, superior team of experts for a mere £29!!! So begins the wait.

I'm on day six and still... Nothing! I emailed the guys over at their site only to be told in a nice way that basically, I'm talking horse s**t and the site would never say that it would have my phone unlocked in five days, and that it is, at a default ten days before anything. But I am certain it said 5 days because the only reason I chose their site over Vodafone themselves was because of their waiting times in dealing with the matter. In fact, it cost me more on myphoneunlockcode.com than It would have with Vodafone. I was simply paying for the speed of service and willing to pay extra for this.

The customer service fella has recently changed the website so that it gives 10 day timescales now on Vodafone locked iPhone 6's, which is what wound me up even more. After either getting my unlock late, or getting a full refund, I'd advise nobody to touch this site to get a mobile unlocked unless they promise instant codes and screenshot the page for proof before they go for it because I really believe they've taken the biscuit. I could understand if they were just honest and accepted that something may be wrong and tried to help me with it, but they didn't, they simply corrected their mistake it seems and then tried to tell me that I'm blind.

If you need a phone unlocking, run a check on the IMEI number online (there are free ones that'll also tell you what network your phone is locked to) and go through the network it is locked to and they'll deal with it for you for a small fee or somebody in your local market. Don't be hasty like I was...

Thought was a ripoff - but did deliver in the end

I didn't receive my code for a month and a half, but after I posted a bad review (I thought I'd been scammed due to no contact, no code etc.) I was finally contacted and got my code and money back.
Is a genuine company, but may take a lot more than the promised 5 minutes to receive the code!

Super Fast Fantastic Service...

I was looking around for ages for a phone unlock service. Id been having loads of trouble unlocking my Galaxy S. I found quite a few but in the end chose myphoneunlockcode they seemed to have a faster turnaround and were not that expensive and a lot less than doing it through my network.
These things can take ages but I got my code the very next day. Instructions were really easy. I was up and running in no time and was pleased when I put in my new sim and the phone displayed my new network. Tarriffs and deals are always changing so good I can put whatever sim I like in the phone. I was able to try a few to see who was best for me.

Superb and easy to use.

I like this unlock service. It took a bit too long (it was about 2 weeks for me) but worth the waiting. It's done via iTunes no need additional software or jailbreak. Again , it is great !
